Embarkation

3 out of 5
1st cruise - was overwhelming

Ship experiences

Food and Dining

4 out of 5
Breakfast & lunch in Windjammer were fantastic. Dinner at Chic was very good, staff was extraordinary, 2 dinners at Chops were excellent

Onboard Activities

3 out of 5
Went to a 2 shows, 1 amazing, 1 OK. 1st cruise (we are seniors) so we did not know any of the protocols or experiences available until 1/2 way through the cruise.

Entertainment

5 out of 5
Starwater was fantastic, Goddess was OK (really good voice, but show was a little lack-luster)

Children's Programs

We are seniors

Service and Staff

5 out of 5
Stateroom attendant was great, wait staff at all restaurants (main dining & specialty) were fantastic

Ship Quality

5 out of 5
Everything was exceptionally clean and well maintained.

Cabin / Stateroom

5 out of 5
Size and storage was more than I expected, attendant kept everything exceptionally clean, bed was a little rough for sleeping but adequate. Make-up mirror at the vanity was not lit as well as it could have been for doing make-up.

Ship tip

Ship is large - be prepared for re-gaining access from port visits

Ports of call

Seattle, Washington Did not visit port

Excursion was cancelled due to weather. Shopping was OK

Sitka, Alaska Did not visit port

mobility issues

Juneau, Alaska

3 out of 5
Pouring rain - shopping OK. Many "Alaskan" memorbilia at shops were made in China -disappointed

Victoria, British Columbia Did not visit port

Due to the late-in-the-day arrival, length of time at port, and foreseeable re-boarding the ship, did not go ashore

Vancouver (Canada Place), British Columbia

3 out of 5
No excursion - direct to airport

Disembarkation

3 out of 5
Was tremendously delayed (no fault of RC)
