Review summary

Did not appreciate the skipping of Skagway, the lack of communication from the company and that we got NO compensation.

Embarkation

5 out of 5
Quickly got onboard. Organized

Ship experiences

Food and Dining

3 out of 5
Food has been better on carnival and all of the Covid protocols have been dropped on ship. We got sick after.

Onboard Activities

5 out of 5
All of these were great, but I do not recommend the heated loungers. They don't face the ocean. No view. Waste of money. The rock wall and boogie boarding, laser tag, and bumper cars kept the kids happy and busy.

Entertainment

4 out of 5
The Elton John tribute was the best, and the silent party. There was no sail away party, less fun that other cruiselines.

Children's Programs

5 out of 5
My 11 year old wanted to keep coming back.

Service and Staff

Ship Quality

4 out of 5
Beautiful ship, I wish they followed more Covid protocols since we left the boat and tested positive.

Cabin / Stateroom

4 out of 5
Smaller than I hoped, I would have liked the bed near the window.

Ship tip

Even if others don't you may want to consider a mask.

Skagway, Alaska Did not visit port

This was upsetting since all other ships did tenders and ours skipped it.
