The guy who help with Tag your luggage at the Port was rude. He end up didn't label one of my luggage. Got me scare but thankfully I get it back at the service deck.

Not happy with the Luggage Tag guy. There was 2 working when I arrive. The guy didn't help me seem very nice and smiling all the time. The guy that help me seem not very happy with his job. We told him multiple times to give us 5 tags but he ignore us. He end up give us 5 tags but didn't label one of them. Another person help us put in the tag so we left and didn't notice that one of them didn't get label.
