The ship and accomodations were good.

Captain ran over two buoys! Prop got messed up. Did not visit two of the ports and one was shortened. Staff was friendly but poorly trained. Rooms were filthy at checkin. Sheets were changed once. Food was poor except in specialty restaurants. This ship and crew are poor in comparison to Carribbean cruises. NCL staff was hard to deal with when we wanted compensation for the poor cruise. Our second NCL cruise and our last. Hawaii is beautiful but visit in a way that does NOT include NCL or Pride of America

My husband and I just got back from cruising on the Pride of America. The itinerary for the cruise is the only good thing about the ship. The first day we boarded we saw workers fighting and yelling at each other. Another day I heard room stewards yelling at each other. The freestyle dining is okay but do not expect any special treatment. We had waiters that did not even talk to us. They handed us a menu, said what do you want and that was it. One day we went to check out towels at the gangway the girl did not even say good morning, hello, have a nice day nothing. She tossed the form to fill out at me and that was it. If you are used to cruising with an international crew do not expect your experience on the ship to be like that.

when I got on the cruise ship I found three pairs of mens underwear in the drawers of my cabinet and someone had used the restroom and did not flush the toilet. I was not impressed with having to pay a cover charge for eating in the dining rooms either. The staff was not very accommodating to my father in laws wheelchair needs and they seemed to be understaffed.

Overall, the ship was very nice. The American theme is different, and the ship is attractive. The atrium was disappointing. It was not an open look so you did not have the spacious feeling in the center of the ship.Newbury Street Shops were well laid out and spacious.

I enjoyed the casual dining of the ship. However, I wasn't impressed that you had to pay extra to eat at certain dining areas. The people were all very friendly and the ship itself was super. We upgraded to a higher deck with a balcony and was quite pleased with our room. The ports we visiyed were excellant

Being seasoned cruisers, we were disappointed with the pride of america cruise line. Our waiter left after 3 days with us, he and his girlfriend, who also worked as a waitress, left the ship for the states, for better paying work. This and the poor service, left us wondering about future cruises.

We enjoyed the flexibility offered by freestyle cruising, so that we could enjoy five excursions.

The ship was beautiful, although other passengers were not as impressed as we were

the service in the ship overall is acceptable, however, whoever did the cleaning of the room are not up to code, dusty and leaking above our bed. The service at the tour reservation are lousy. The reason why we still recommend this ship is the freestyle and we have a wonderful time.

Lack of beauty in the decor. Nice staterooms with balconies. Comfortable beds and pillows.

Ship was nice. Staff was not happy, overworked, at times rude. Entertainment was just okay.

The ship is new and probably mid-range in terms of star quality. The staterooms are small but nice. Definitely get a balcony room. The guests were all families, couples and large groups. The enteretainment was limited and there is no night life on this boat.

The ship was beautiful and the excursion selection was terrific. The service we received in the main dining room was not as attentive as it should have been and the food quality was not as good as I expected. Overall it was a great trip.

It was our first time in a free-style cruise, and we enjoy the flexible dress code but me miss the oportunity to know the people who serve us like in other cruises. We enjoy it but we like better the fixed dinnig arregments of other cruises.
