The food was good. It was very hard to get reservations to the speciality restaurants, we were unsuccessful for the entire week.

Entertainment

The comedians were funny, but the other shows were ok. We wished the stores on the boat were open earlier than 4:00pm. The trampoline and gyroscope are not open for long periods of time. We wished they followed through with their art auction.

Service and Staff

We found the staff on this particular cruise to be very rude. A few people were friendly and helped , but the overall staff was not going out of their way to help. Several employees were bickering amongst themselves.

Ship Quality

Bathrooms were not clean (toilet paper all over the floors) and the restrooms had a smell to them. The Aloha Cafe always had messy tables(dishes were not cleaned off). The stateroom was very nice with the balcony. I did not find the decor to be glamorous, it was just average.

The balconies were good size. The beds were comfortable. Our TV did not work for billing purposes or viewing excursions and they could not fix it.
