Don't let fear stop you from the ship activities like Ifly by Ripcord. I make the cruise my main reason for sailing, not the destinations.

SUNSCREEN. Patience for crowds - it's a big ship. There are plenty of places to escape the hustle and bustle of the main noise of the ship. Seek them out.

Be prepared- Pay your gratuities ahead, buy the soda or drink or drink package ahead of time. This all adds up and can be sticker shock by the end of the cruise.

I wouldn’t recommend to friends or family to sail on Odyssey, it’s better to move up to oasis class, ship designed is more limited and price is the same of bigger ships. Technological features does not worth the price and sports and activities are limited.

Cabins don't have a lot of outlets if you have electronics that need charging. I bring a plug with 6 USB slots - problem solved.

My best advise if anyone is about to sail on Odyssey or any ship is to book for shows asap and make reservations for any activity quickly.

Try all of the experiences! You can get drunk anywhere but you can only skydive, surf, VR bungee trampoline, bumper cars and watch amazing shows on Odyssey.

Windjammer- get a table at the stern/ rear of the ship for fewer crowds. Be sure to try the Reuben sandwich in the Cafe Two70. For a quiet breakfast, try the Solarium Bistro. The Bistro dinner menu is a "smaller" version of the Main Dining Room. The menu selections are available on the app for the whole cruise. Book your activities as soon as you board; the "Book" and the North Star can be booked before boarding
