Review summary

We tried to change cabins, but we’re told none were available. However according to the captain when he gave a talk on the ship, that the ship was not at full capacity. We even offered to pay for an upgrade. I am a diamond member and was very disappointed to be put in that state room. That is no way to treat loyal members.

Appreciate your feedback. Although the ship was not full, possibly all the cabins that were an upgrade for you were. Glad you still managed to somewhat enjoy your trip.

It's always important to do your research on where a cabin is before you pick it. If you do a cabin guarantee then you are stuck with whatever if leftover and they assign you. It is also likely that while the ship was not full as the captain stated, that all the balcony cabins and suites were full and only inside and outside cabins were vacant.
