The Odyssey of the Seas was a beautiful ship with much to do and see. We opted to enjoy some of the shows and leisurely strolls, taking in the amazing ambiance of the ship. We look forward to sailing this ship again.

Embarkation was quick and smooth. We went from fast-moving line to onboard the ship within 15 minutes. RCL improved embarkation process since we last sailed from Port Everglades in 2018.

Food and Dining

We ate in both the main dining room and the Windjammer and enjoyed the meals in both. However, I was not a fan of the daily “themed” menus in the main dining room. There were very little options or deviations from the menu of the day. Our waiters, Kenneth and Ashish (in main dining room) were great.
Onboard Activities

We did not participate in any onboard activities such as I-Fly, Flowrider, Northstar, Bumper Cars, etc, because of some physical limitations.
Entertainment

“The Book” in Two-Seventy and “Showgirls” in the Royal Theatre were excellent performances. There was a variety of entertainment onboard.
Service and Staff

Our room steward, Wayan, kept our cabin clean and supplied with necessities. He was friendly, cordial, and always willing to accommodate us with what we needed for the cabin. Our main dining room waiters, Kenneth and Ashish were also great. They worked diligently to serve their assigned dining passengers as timely as possible.
Ship Quality

The Odyssey’s of the Seas is a beautiful ship. This was our first time on the “Quantum” class with Royal Caribbean. We were not disappointed.
Cabin / Stateroom

We had a Junior Suite. The bed was exceptionally comfortable. Wayan was excellent in keeping the cabin clean.

If you have reserved early or late dining, confirm table# with maitre’d once onboard.
