Review summary

Overall no major issues. It is what you make it and probably had bigger expectations. My time Dining was a disaster and even though we reserved a 7:30 time every night, we had to wait in line 20-30 min every time. Food quality not great. Lobster night was small maybe 5oz tail and would not pay the $17 of ordered with meal any other night.

Ship experiences

Food and Dining

3 out of 5
Service was outstanding however food quality was disappointing was able to try new menu. The food was cold ,small portioned and lacked creativity. Prime rib tasted like lunch meat had to order multiple entrees or appetizers to be satisfied. Theme nights were confusing as many of options didn't match theme. Giovanni's was decent but waiter didn't explain very well how ordering worked wish I would have ordered something different. Quality and taste didn't matched the price paid. Family mentioned they would have rather eaten at a "well Known" Italian chain restaurant. Turned me off from trying any other specialty dining.

Onboard Activities

3 out of 5
Ripcord was awesome and basic flight is complementary and Bumper cars were fun. Pools were full not many chairs available even though you were not supposed to save chairs everyone did and it was not monitored so get out early.

Entertainment

3 out of 5
Great choreography and effects but at times a bit cheesy, confusing and geared towards an older crowd teenagers were bored. Enjoyed more of the cruiser participating shows and karaoke. The 70's/80'sband Phoenix band was amazing but not able to secure a seat for any performance. A lot of people came for an earlier venue and stayed in the same seat for hours. Should have been a bigger venue. Would have liked more comedy shows or even a separate comedy club like Carnivals "Punchliner"

Children's Programs

3 out of 5
My kids are 15 & 18 so couldn't do anything together and hard to get them to do separate programs as they are a bit shy. Spent alot of time in Arcade which was expensive $2-$3.50 a game not unlimited wristband option.

Service and Staff

4 out of 5
Waiter (Vincent) and room steward (Francisco) room 6696 were amazing 10 of 10!! Bartenders and pool staff looked unhappy and were short staffed. Had to wait in lines to get drinks at bars as there were not staff walking around taking orders. Many times running out of items.

Ship Quality

5 out of 5
Clean and well maintained!

Cabin / Stateroom

3 out of 5
Wish there was a better bed option for kids instead of a pull out couch as teenagers don't like sleeping together glad I have 2 boys or it would have not worked. Beds are a bit hard

Ship tip

Don't do my time dining option we had to wait in line every night for 20min even with a pre reserved 7:30 reservation

Horrible persistent market vendors. One grabbed my 15year old and dragged him in a booth until I yelled at him. Not enough ship security
