Felt like if I decided not buy something on the ship got less customer service. Should be more items included in the package, whether you got a set number of drinks / beverages ($4.00 for one can of ginger-ale to settle ones stomach is just ridiculous) during the trip and maybe a dinner for 2 or 3 days out of the 7 days at a specialty restaurant to add some variety to the overall experience.

Great cruise. Good time of year. Crowded but not as crowded as later in the year. Temperatures were comfortable. We had excellent weather. Only downside, no day at sea between three busy long excursion days in a row.

An exceptional cruise filled with fun and unforgettable memories and adventure! We will be back!

Excepting the long drive to Rome and the poor weather in Florence, I give the cruise 5 Stars!

Food and service was excellent. The excursion with the ship were way too expensive. Alcohol was also very expensive.

nice 7 day itinerary, keeps things going lots to see in most ports. Food was better than expected and good menus in dining room, For a mega ship was easy to get around

Great ship! This was our third time on this ship. We thought that we had seen everything she has to offer, we were pleasantly surprised. Great crew. Everyone was very accommodating and professional. Made for a very pleasant and enjoyable cruise. We would take this itinerary again. Great itinerary! We were booked on the itinerary leaving Port Canaveral on April 21. Now we feel even worse that we missed that one :-)! To the captain and staff, thanks for an awesome cruise!

We had a lot of issues with shows that we reserved for 10 of us. We would get there 20 minutes ahead and they had already let in the standby guest. Guess what, the 10 of us could not sit together, in fact we were lucky to get 2 or 3 together. I complained and Nick, I guess he's the manager engaged me. Promised VIP seating for our next show, all we had to do was show the card he gave. I did that and the person at the VIP row had no clue, said I forged it and needed to go find seats elsewhere. Boy was I pissed. We left the show! Next day i was talking to guest services about other issues and I mentioned this. They were very apologetic and offered me a free bottle of wine. Asked what I liked, I told them Chardonay, they said DONE, and guess what, it never came. No follow thru is the biggest issue I have with Royal, this was just one example but there were others. They tell you what they think you want to hear and then don't do shit about it. As I mentioned to Nick's boss, this was my 38th cruise, 1st on Royal and it will be my last. Ed Lindoo

Overall it was an amazing trip! Went with 3 families, there was something for everyone.

This ship is mighty and has lots of activities. You will not get bored at all in the 7 nights. Food and Service was great all through the ship. Lifetime experience!!

Enjoyed the ship - would do another Oasis class ship. Was pleased that there were enough deck chairs that could almost always find one available. Pools were small - especially in the Solarium. Was the smoothest ship I have ever sailed on!

We are loyal Royal customers and I have to say this cruise was disappointing! We've been on the Allure as well and I am convinced the big boats don't care about their customers. The food and drinks were awful, cruise director and staff had minimal events going on around the boat. The Windjammer closed everyday at 8:45 pm! That left you with Sorrento's or the Promenade Café for the rest of the night. This trip did me in...no more cruises for a good while!

NOT HAPPY WITH RC Customer guest relations!!!! They have taken no responsibility in ruing day 6 and 7 of my whole family’s cruise but being food safety negligent!!!!

By far, the best service we have received on any RC ship we have been on. The dining room teach is the best!

Wonderful! This is our 10th cruise I believe and seventh on Royal Caribbean. We really loved it!

We have enjoyed many cruises. Royal Caribbean at the top. This was a very large ship, largest we have crushed on. Probably go with a smaller vessel in the future. Food was great, not exceptional. Alcohol drinks too expensive, plus 18% gratuity every drink questionable.
