Review summary
We had a lot of issues with shows that we reserved for 10 of us. We would get there 20 minutes ahead and they had already let in the standby guest. Guess what, the 10 of us could not sit together, in fact we were lucky to get 2 or 3 together. I complained and Nick, I guess he's the manager engaged me. Promised VIP seating for our next show, all we had to do was show the card he gave. I did that and the person at the VIP row had no clue, said I forged it and needed to go find seats elsewhere. Boy was I pissed. We left the show! Next day i was talking to guest services about other issues and I mentioned this. They were very apologetic and offered me a free bottle of wine. Asked what I liked, I told them Chardonay, they said DONE, and guess what, it never came. No follow thru is the biggest issue I have with Royal, this was just one example but there were others. They tell you what they think you want to hear and then don't do shit about it. As I mentioned to Nick's boss, this was my 38th cruise, 1st on Royal and it will be my last. Ed LindooEmbarkation

Ship tip
My advice is don't go. The ship is too big, too many passengers, constant fighting for pool chairs, hot tubs, food lines. Its simply just nuts
