You might want to do some research first, before you start throwing around baseless claims. The only person that I see responsible here is you !

I was quarantined on my last cruise on symphony of the seas. They gave me free movies in the room for the day. They had me on the BRAT diet from room service. Even used the the ship's infirmary. I bought the insurance. Never was charged for the visit. Norovirus is easily spread on cruise ships. Rccl even went out of their way to give me future cruise credit for the time in quarantine. Did you go to the infirmary on the ship?

Everything you have described (quarantine) is standard operating procedure in a potential infectious disease scenario. I would be disappointed if Royal handled it any differently. I’m sorry you got sick, that sucks, but unfortunately it can happen anywhere there is a large congregation of people.

So sorry you all got ill. It's difficult to determine origin of stomach virus. Norovirus passes fairly easy among family in tight spaces.

Norovirus comes on the ships via the guests; either it’s dormant at the time or they aren’t gonna cancel their vaca and lie on the health forms. It’s spread super easily in close contact.

Another questionable comment. If it was food poisoning it would of been wide spread and you would of heard about it.

What does “being food negligent” mean and what was customer service supposed to do to fix it?
