Review summary

Our accessible room was not there when we boarded were given run around by customer care on board and it was humiliating to use a public bathroom (and people who had staterooms and would bang on the door, sorry I'm in a wheelchair it takes a little longer. Had to use spa for shower, as I am paralyzed, but only when opened I usually shower at 5-6am, would have been nice to keep our daily routine.

Embarkation

Terrible, our cabin was booked as an accessible cabin, and it wasn't.

Service and Staff

Stateroom attendant excellent-customer service on board-definitely needs improvement and waiters and others helpful even though they didn't know what was going on.

Ship Quality

everyone was getting sick, we got sick the day after we came home. The common areas were not being wiped as much as first cruise, which was odd, and some cruisers refused hand sanitation in windjammer (maybe that's why we all got sick)?

Cabin / Stateroom

would have been nice if it was accessible like we booked. I am full time in a wheelchair

Ship tip

Make sure whoever you book with, if you have special needs have them double triple check. Be prepared to deal with discrimination from Customer Service on deck 5

Were you in contact with RCs special needs team? If a TA booked your room, I wouldn’t use them again. So sorry you had to experience all that! They do need to do something about accessible rooms and who/when they can be booked.
