Horrible. The worst cruise I have ever been on. Sewage backed and water backed up into our room the entire cruise. The first day maintenance told us it was our imagination after the room steward had to clean it up and disinfected the bathroom.

Review summary

After this Norwegian cruise I will probably never sail again. Sewage in bathroom and shower almost the entire cruise. Head of maintenance, room stewards and guests services came down more than once but offered no compensation said, it has to happen after the cruise. Kept apologizing for the treatment we received especially being told the first day by maintenance that it was our imagination. It doesn’t make up for a bad cruise experience when we paid a fortune for an inside cabin and had to endure this the whole time

Stay away from this room. Sewage backed up into the shower and bathroom almost everyday. Couldn’t take take a shower most days. Toilet would flush half the cruise and the smell was awful.
