Be careful you are not directly under something. Every morning we were a waked by 6 for joggers or diners.

They charge extra for everything and we like to tip the people we deal with and did so but we where told to adjust the gratuities we had to fill out a paper once we get home and fax it in.

The ship was very clean. Staff very friendly. Needed more maps of the ship in hallways and elevators. Ship itself was not as elaborate as we have experienced on other cruise lines. Upgrade restaurants were superb, but other food disappointing. Needed another pool area and more servers.

The cabin was under the swimming pool area, which meant that people were scraping chairs and making noises early and late. As swimmers, the pool arrangement was a major disappointment - small with no "adult only" area.

Everything was terrific - ship shape, great food, entertainment and staff. Some excursions were terribly expensive, but some capitals were far from the ship like Berlin and St. Petersburg, but included fees & lunch. All people on all 6 countries could speak English and were extremelyl friendly.

Not all of the excursion tours are worth the price. Most of the time you can do it on your own. They are too expensive and the guides waste more of your time. Get a travel guide and do it yourself. The ports of call were also very limited in time.

We dined in the specialty restaurants for every meal. The staff was very slow in coming to the table, as much as 30 minutes after being sat, then wanted to rush us through the drinks/dinner/dessert process as quickly as possible and was irritated when we asked to enjoy our drinks for 15 minutes.

I'll probably never want to come again. Honestly feel we deserve a partial refund. Or some other form of compensation. The majority of the passengers where very unhappy.

Ship is old and had mechanical problems before leaving Tampa. Itinerary was changed to accommodate delay. Pools are too small. Wi-fi too expensive, $75 for 100 minutes!??

I was a little concerned about being on 5th floor but we had some pretty rough seas a couple of days and we slept like babies! It was actually very convenient especially when going ashore for excursions.

Pool area very noisy, slides are a nuisance and pool too small for a ship that size
