We are swimmers, but swimming pool is small and was always filled with kids diving/jumping (not allowed) without a monitor. No adult-only swimming area. We found food to be less enticing than on a previous NCL cruise. Disembarking in ports was disorganized. Excursion/Customer service people were rude and unhelpful to passengers who had booked non-NCL tours.
We had an exceptional cabin steward, who made up for the numerous negatives we excerienced.

Food at sit-down restaurants was usually quite good, but the buffet restaurant food was mediocre. Compared to a previous NCL cruise, seemed less flavorful. Freestyle provides flexibility, but peak times can involve waits.

Cabin stewart Noel Moines was exceptional with suggestions, great towel designs, friendly and always helpful.
Server Joshir in Versailles restaurant remembered our preferences and definitley was our choice for table

Ship has 1 small adult pool, usually filled with children who don't use "kids pool." No monitoring about diving/jumping, so difficult to swim. No "adult only" swimming without constant loud music. Hot tub at end of ship was too far to walk and exposed in windy weather Rusting beneath railings.
Cabin / Stateroom

This was a "to be chosen" cabin. It is below the swimming pool, so balcony with door open had music from swimming are during the day. Bathroom was large enough, but balcony, under an overhang, seemed to get wet when it rained.
Ship tip
The cabin was under the swimming pool area, which meant that people were scraping chairs and making noises early and late. As swimmers, the pool arrangement was a major disappointment - small with no "adult only" area.
