Review summary
Late to ports, tours shortened but the price not changed, missed port, disorganized launch access, food not changed in breakfast buffet line. We should be Gold level members but Norwegian has lost 5 of the 8 cruises we have taken with them so we were denied the Gold member rewards. We complained onboard and were told we had to prove we took those 5 cruises but gave no suggestions as to how to do that!

We dined in the specialty restaurants for every meal. The staff was very slow in coming to the table, as much as 30 minutes after being sat, then wanted to rush us through the drinks/dinner/dessert process as quickly as possible and was irritated when we asked to enjoy our drinks for 15 minutes.
