The cruise was overall a good cruise. I don't have anything really bad to say about it. Any negatives on the cruise were expected, like overcrowded buffet and food not being piping hot on the buffet. (it's a buffet, if you want piping hot got to the main dining room and order from menu)

Love the size of the Spirit. Lots to do and see. No lineup for anything

This was our favorite of all of our NCL cruises. Love the ship and the staff.

Must do cruise if you like wide open spaces and want to have a relaxing vacation.

Loved doing this as a B2B from Hawaii. The longer I'm on a ship, the happier I am! Crew did a wonderful job.

Not the best cruise I’ve ever taken. The customer service staff were unkind, rude, and unhelpful (with the exception of Otto). Never even saw our cabin steward.

Everything on the ship was as expected. All wait staff and services were great and staff very accommodating and professional.

If you are looking for a bucket list cruise this is a good one. Hawaiian Island. You cross the equator, and you see French Polynesia. The price for the cruise was a bargain.

Airfare Norwegian booked from Miami to Papeete is unacceptable. I was in cabin 2am I missed first daylunch and dinner on ship I couldn't visit Tahiti at all. Next day I was very tired to properly see Moorea and Norwegian gave us $250 pp " compensation" with restriction how to spend it. It is a joke. Can I see Tahiti now for $250? What a joke and rip off..

I really like Spirit overall. Unfortunately it didn’t return to Alaska for 2024 season. I booked a BTB on Jewel running similar route this year.

We always love sailing with NCL no matter the itinerary. We think that we would have liked another port or two in Australia and skip a few in New Zealand, if the length of the cruise is the same. Otherwise, make the cruise longer with additional ports in Australia. As far as entertainment: there was too much repetition of the same performers.

Has never been to this side of the world, but was worth the 18hrs in a plane.

I was empress with the food .....but the service was amazing from the GM Vuk, Entertaiment, shows The Blazing Boots, Front desk ( Gerlie) to all the restaurant service and our Room Steward (Warren).

Nice time. Staff was extremely nice and friendly. The food was a nice variety. The excursions were on time and as stated.

My family and friends have used Norwegian Cruise Line for years as our preferred cruise line. Unfortunately, after this last experience, we will NEVER use them again. For this particular trip, we’ve booked about 40 cabins in all as a group trip to Alaska. My father booked the reservations for him/my mom, my sister/husband, and me/my cousin, with that being said my father also called in to set up a deviated flight for all of us to leave out of JFK on 6/19 instead of 6/21. EVERYONE’S flights were changed to the correct departure date EXCEPT for mine. So I have spent over 6 hours on the phone trying to figure out how that had happened and no one will answer that question for me because there is supposedly “no recording” of my dad making that change YET my sisters and his were changed, so again I ask how is that possible? One person said they may have lost the call and so it's still my problem even if they lost the call. To me that is an unacceptable anger and so I have been hung up on multiple times because they have said they WILL NOT help me further and they WILL NOT answer the simple question HOW IS IT POSSIBLE THERE’S ARE CHANGED BUT MINE ARE NOT. So sorry Norwegian this WILL be the last time my family and I use you guys. Have a wonderful day!

Good cruise but Seward is not close to Anchorage.

Overall a great experience. Staff were amazing, the energy and vibe of the ship and guests were super positive and happy. No messy drunk partiers or noisy kids. Still lots of activities and music to be entertained by. The ship was gorgeous from its recent renovation - beautiful spaces, particularly the Spinnaker Lounge, Social Club, and even the library/multipurpose room where many people hung out every day. Food was on par for NCL, and the available excursions were great~!

Alaska is beautiful, and we had perfect weather. The ship is nice, but not without it's flaws (small size of cabins, spotty service). We were also surprised to not have any narration or announcements from the captain for the whole trip - we were viewing so much amazing scenery but never really knew what we were looking at, any history/stories, etc. We expected a cruise in this part of the world to have a bit more narration. Also note that the internet package is fairly useless - the internet service was spotty at best, and very slow when it worked. And the app crashes a lot and isn't very well made. Overall though, we did have a terrific vacation and enjoyed the ship and most of the ports. I recommend this itinerary (minus Icy Straight Point) and this ship if you aren't traveling with children.

We enjoyed our trip very much from day 1 to day 7. On board experiences were wonderful. All the NCL staffs were very professional, helpful, friendly, and best services ever experienced. I suggest that more choices of seafoods be added to its menus. Thanks
