Despite of some of the issues that were previously mentioned, we really enjoyed our trip. The time allotted for Crete was insanely short ( it takes approximately 15 or 20 minutes to get from the port into town) ; too short for any excursion.

Was unable to print boarding passes as the website was down for 24 hours. Had difficulty with embarkation due to no boarding pass even though I had my reservation number.

Foods were okay. Many Asian and Indian dishes ( which were good). Fruit selection very limited.

Enjoyed basket ball court. Jogging paths is quite inconvenient as it passes near the pool/ wet area and can be potentially dangerous.

Not fair to rate this as we really didn’t rely on the on-board entertainment.

This ship is old and it is apparent. From day one there was a leak on deck 10, the hall between the inside and balcony cabins. The carpet was SOAKING wet and smelled like mildew. Each day we walked down the hall we walked through the puddle of wet carpet. I’m not sure if it came from one of the interior rooms but I did notice a leak from the ceiling.
Cabin / Stateroom

Cabin was always clean, bathroom was adequate in size and clean. The phone in the room did not work at times.
Ship tip
Norwegian Spirit may be better for vacations of shorter duration because of the size and age ( very obvious cosmetically).
Your ports of calls are very vague. You mark them with 5 stars on some and 3 stars on other. How did you come to your conclusion of ratings? What made the parts great or okay? You went to some ports I would love to visit but there's no info on any of them.
