The buffet food is the same every day. They served combinations I have never seen, it looked as if they were attempted to get rid of leftovers. The dining room food is mediocre at best. Only specialty restaurant we visited was Le Bistro, it was good. In both buffet and dining room room the ice cream they serve is soupy, I asked on of the dining managers and he made a lot of excuses and said they lack the ability to keep it frozen prior to service.

Mostly pleasant and friendly. Our room steward was great. There were not enough waiters in the overcrowded buffet area.

Ship Quality

On at least three occasions the entire ship had water that was disgustingly brown. I called passenger service several times and they always said to let it run for 3 to 5 minutes (it did not help). Passenger services never gave advanced warning about the water issue or apologized fro the inconvenience. Once in the dining room the when we asked for water the waiter actually asked if we minded if the water had color (yuck). One of our friends had a sewer smell in their room, it took 2 days for a plumber to show up and rectify the problem.

As expected. It is ridiculous that the safe in the cabin is mounted in the close about one foot above floor level. To use it you have to sit on the floor. I can't imagine how elderly or the mobility impaired can use the safe.
