Hands down, the great stirrup cay was the best part of cruise.

Tendered to and from island, great beaches, snorkeling

Buffet was soo good.

All of this was no extra cost.

I think this is what a cruise should offer.

I hate paying extra for excursions, trying to bargain on trips on your own.

Our room--so small.

My daughters' room had some leak on the floor since day 2.  Maintenance put a blower on it, but it was an inconvenience.  We were give $100 in credit for this, but think it should have been more.

This was my first cruise and it was absolutely amazing. The staff was so friendly and accommodating. The hard work they put in is so evident as they try to cater to every need you have and keeping such a clean ship. The rooms were cleaned twice a day, after a night of partying outside, the next morning the whole ship is spotless to start a new day.

I'm sure a lot of people are worried about motion sickness, but it in my case, you didn't even know the ship was moving unless you looked. It was such a smooth  ride.

They learn your names and genuinely care about your experiences.  While I didn't do any excursions, the beaches were amazing.

This cruise line is truly organized and have activities for all ages that can be done at your pace. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a getaway and look forward to my next cruise.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The entertainment was great - as was the food selection. The accomodations were good for a ship - but the staff only left their animal towel creations on one night of the four. I also thought that the food selections for kids was lacking in variety. Kids eat chicken fingers/wings/pizza and sandwiches like peanut butter and jelly - more of those items and spaghetti - could have been offered for lunch and dinners. Also, snacks would be better suited earlier than 11pm - perhaps from 9pm on. Overall, the side trips were very nice and we would certainly entertain the thought of returning to Norwegian Cruise line in the future - do you have any deals for an Alaskan Cruise-Land opportunity for next year?

A side note - we seemed to have left our photos in our room (either 4207 or 4209) that we purchased on board. Is there anyway to get these sent to us?

This cruise in my opinion is for adults only.. i took my kids and there were not enough activities for them. They didnt want to go to the youth camp so activities and entertainment for them was very limited.. the arcade machines were Not free.. had to pay between $1.00 and $5.00 to play a game.. entertainment was geared for adults.. overall the drink all inclusive was good especially for those who like to drink. I did like the free style dining with no times.  So we could eat at what ever time we wanted that was a plus. Down side is that both restaurants offer almost the same items. Food quality was ok. Servers were really nice and attentive. Overall it was good. Just wish they had more things for kids/teens if they choose not to go to the youth camp. My kids wanted off the ship by day 2.. so if ur looking to take your kids look for one that offers slides or other types of entertainment dont do sky if u have kids with you for sure..They close most activities games outside by 830pm..(pin pong, golf, shuffle etc) also the gym the would close at 11pm.. Downside since I like doing excerise very late at night. So if its just adults you will have a great time I dont recommend for families w kids.

From the moment we arrived to the Miami Port to the Return it was nothing but pure Amazingness!!! There was no wait, everyone was super friendly and helpful every step of the way.

The Sky Ship itself was Very Clean and had a Very Nice Layout... They said it's an older ship well I couldn't tell because they have kept it up very well. 

The food was okay, I'm a foodie and the best meals I would have to say hands down was Breakfast Buffet and Sports Bar... Everything else was So So... Well except one day when they did a Seafood Pasta that was Delicious 🤗

The Islands were great and the best was the Private Island it's like a Dream come true... I'm ready to go sail again very soon!!! 

This was our 1st cruise & wont be our last. Erica, Fernando & DJ ceejay were awesome with the entertainment. Ralph & Singh made the best drinks at the bar. Victoria & Durrant were the best waiters in the restaurant & Mark was the man keeping my room in order & leaving me towel animals. These 7 people stood out the most & made for a great remember able cruise & made me decide that this will be the way to travel going forward. Forget flying somewhere.

First Mother and Daughter Cruise, was great, 3 days, shows could have been better.  If you rent a Clam shell and n the island, make sure you request front roll, if not your view is just clam shells, no air. 

First time for a quick getaway 3nt cruise. Over all pretty good. Good service. Great smooth sailing. No heavy winds rocking the ship. Bar service worked hard due to free drink package. Did traditional dining was very pleased.Inside cabin 8138 tight but adequate. Ship showing age but we understand they are not going to put there high end ships on a 3 night run. Great Stirrup Cay is a very nice private Island. Recommend leaving ship early while first night par tiers sleep in. Head towards beach by Cabanas for quieter time. Nassau don't believe all you read about Tiki Bikini Beach. Maybe 1 star. Overall not bad and Free Drinks.  

My favorite part about the cruise was the Great Stirrup Cay Private Island experience. The snorkeling was amazing. So unexpected to be treated like you have you own private Island. The food, drinks, music, staff, and excursions were just perfect. On board the Norwegian Sky my best experience was the Cagney's Restaurant. Oh my goodness! The food was out of this world. I can honestly say it was the best steak I have ever eaten in my life. The atmosphere was so cozy and comfortable and the staff went above and beyond to make my time there wonderful. I hope to travel back to the Great Stirrup Cay again.

Amazing job guys,, I had a great time in this cruise, thank you for your service, the cruise is very shiny and awesome, I was impressed. Next vacation I am going to be whit you again.

My family and I just returned from a four night Bahama cruise, departing from the Port of Miami. We live just north in Palm Beach and did extensive research on parking, routes, etc. We were very surprised at the ease of getting into and away from Miami and found an offsite parking location that offered free shuttle service. Once we arrived at the port, the check in process was fast and efficient. Arrive and board early, and wear a bathing suit. The pools were open and a full lunch was served. The crew were always available and provided polite, professional service. Our room was immaculate when we arrived and always prepared when we returned for the evening. We did have an issue with the pull out sofa, but the room service acted immediately to resolve the problem to our satisfaction. Excursions were well managed and on time providing a great experience. We booked the Dolphin Swim at Blue Lagoon. The swim is the only way to go. We were in the water after a well executed orientation. This was our sons first interaction with Dolphins at this level. I have not yet been able to wipe the smile from his face. This was our first cruise in a long time and I will say we are already making plans to book through who made the booking process simple and our rep was able to answer all our questions.

All inclusive makes it easier to have a great time .the private island was the best vacation stop I've ever been on. We loved everything about it. Everything was so amazing. The staff was very nice and attention to everyone's needs. My wife and I plan to do it again 

The entertainment was great. The comedian was awesome. Ship was nice. Will do the specialty restaurant ts next time. The food was good but the specialty restaurants are better.

This was my first time on a Norwegian cruise and it was a different experience than other cruise lines.  The staff as a whole was less friendly than on previous cruises and cruise lines. You heard a lot of cruise members counting down until they get vacation.  If you have kids, the kids camp is the best thing about the whole ship.  My eight year old daughter absolutely loved it and begged daily to go.  I would have loved that even more if there were things I found interesting on the ship as well. Overall a lackluster cruise but good value.

That we could spend more time on the Island opposed to being under way for days.The free drink package was very nice. I have never sailed any other cruises line that offered this.The food choices were way above the standard items. The presentation was very appetizing. Enclude classical or chamber music to one of your many lounges,and off Broadway musicals to your evening performances.

My experience on the Norwegian sky was wonderful. The staff was helpful and very pleasant. The itinerary for the daily activities silvered to me daily was so a big help. The food was awesome. I will definatly be traveling Norwegian sky again in the near future.

 This was our first cruise trip and we had some concerns about it ( how the disembarkation of 2000 people will be or how busy the restaurants will be...). Fortunately everything was great about the cruise, the food and the drinks (yes it was included and we loved it!) and the shows... We already started to plan a new cruise trip for next year. 

My family and I have been on two cruises with other cruise lines, and we can truly say that Norwegian was definitely superior. Had it not been for that one incident with Guest Services, I would've given 5 stars for my review! My main complaint with Norwegian was with the Guest Services male employees who had no empathy or even concern for the well-being of my niece who had developed an allergic reaction to being stung by sea urchins while she was at a beach in Nassau. After getting out about 15-20 stingers out of both her feet, we returned to the ship. As we entered the line for customs, we noticed that her eyes had started to swell. We immediately headed to the Medical Center, which was closed. We then proceeded to Guest Services to seek further help, and to our dismay, the gentleman there told us we couldn't get any Benadryl because the gift shop was closed and wouldn't open for another 2 hours. I then asked to speak with a supervisor in hopes that the supervisor could figure out who could open the store to allow us to purchase some Benadryl. I expressed to them how angry I was that they had an area where people could purchase condoms, yet something as crucial as Benadryl, where anyone who could've had an allergic reaction to something they possibly ate on the boat, was not available. I showed the guest services gentleman and his "supervisor" how my niece's eye continued to swell and that I was afraid her throat could start closing up soon. Their only response was, "If you'd like, we can call the on-call doctor, but you have to pay $180!" This response was not the type of response I was expecting. They showed no sympathy, and luckily, a guest, YES A GUEST, happened to be passing by and heard my complaint and gave me some Benadryl. This situation definitely needs to be addressed. The outcome could've been fatal. 

We loved the ship. It was just the right size. We were impressed with the bar service, the ease of getting drinks and the quality of the alcohol offered in the package. We were very pleased with the service and food at Cagney's and Le Bistro.  The food in the Italian Restaurant was average.  We would probably not go back to that restaurant on our next Sky cruise. The ease of getting on and off of the ship was impressive and appreciated.
