Overall it was a great cruise and we enjoyed ourselves. Cuba was what expected, a third world communist country. The people were nice but the constant begging and panhandling deterred us from going back onshore. I feel absolutely terrible for those people and I handed out a lot of money, but that's not fair to us either. Great stirrup cay was very nice, but don't waste money on the clam shell mini cabanas. The ship and "freestyle" cruising was fantastic. I hope they expand that program. I'd be happy to spend a few dollars more on our fare and have "open" bar.

Be clear on what ship packages are available before purchasing like internet etc...It's $120 for internet and they didnt tell us and it was super slow. Didnt even work on my phone, only my laptop. also, the grand total was more than advertised after excursions, taxes, upfront tips, visas and port fees.

cruise was great.had a great time. i would love to visit cuba again. maybe next time on a different cruise line. and hope i get the room i asked for.everyone on the ship was great

Overall good cruise, but it was also my first so I don't have much to compare it to. Majority of the staff was polite and patient...I enjoyed the events. The complaints I do have were minor and I still enjoyed myself.

Overall we were very glad we did it. It was a great way to initially experience Cuba! And we did really like the all-inclusive freestyle dining method!

This is a great 3 day getaway. Worth every penny! The ports were entertaining. This is a good venue to avoid cruising with a lot of families and kids running around.

We went on a boy's trip to talk business and my dad wanted to take us on a trip. We all live in different cites in the US so it was cool to get together and have fun in a place we have never been. It was the first time for 3 of us and it will go down in the record books.

This was my first cruise but my husband has been on several. This ship, the food and the activities were mediocre. The price was great and drinks were included, which was awesome. The poold were a huge disappointent. They were crowded with 15 people in them. I wouldn't recommend bringing kids on a cruise that includes drinks. We saw private parts and heard a lot of inappropriate language feom other guests. The staff was awesome and the restaurant appetizers were top notch!

Was not the best experience. Needs more activities for the kids. Hair in my food. Only the waiter apologized. Manager came by and said we will replace the plate.

a good way to get to Havana but as a cruise it was pretty blah. I don't know why this has to be 150 characters but apparently it does so i'm going to type nonsense.

We really made the best of this cruise experience, because we were going to visit Cuba. I think if we were not we would have been disappointed due to high volume at the buffets, pool area and tight sleeping arrangement.

I had a great time. Despite being a "party cruise," I didn't see anything crazy. I recommend this for history buffs who are excited to see Cuba and soak up the culture. The Cozumel crowd is going to be disappointed in Havana, although I hear there are great beaches a cab ride away.

We are in love with NCL SKY. Very Clean ships, All NCL Crews are very welcome and try to help you with anything you need. We had a great and best time ever. Can't wait to go back there again! Thank you so much for all NCL Crews ships. Your guys are rocks!

Overall this cruise was a wonderful birthday getaway that I would definitly love to embark on again. The ports were great and relaxed environment on the ship was great.

I will never go through norwegian again or recommend it to others. I feel it was a waste of money they charge way to much for basic amenities. They have room service with a refrigerator but no way to reheat your food. They claim its for our safety but what type of food are you serving that can't be reheated?

From the beginning to the end- best service! I have been telling everyone about the Open Bar. This is the best way to travel. I am now planning a trip for my entire family!

Be careful with shore excursions, they are way to long, took a tour with a private car and drove for 15 minutes them spent the next hour walking in a Cemetery. ????? ummmm that wasn't on the tour description. Better off just taking a taxi around. Really not much to see,.......... Also No restaurants, shops, coffee shops to be found.

DO NOT SAIL ON NORWEGIAN SKY. This ship should be removed from service. The poor design, HORRIBLE food and unfriendly staff make this a poor representation of the NCL standard.

The ship is better than the NCL Gem & overall our experience was nice but I was surprised w/ NCL daily service charge of $18.99 per day cause we just did Alaska 2 months ago w/ Princess is only $13.50/day and even ROyal Caribbean is same w/ Princess.

I'd do Norweigen again, but might upgrade to a larger room. it really was tiny. Trump will ensure you won't be able to go to Cuba after 9/15, so hurry up!
