when i booked my trip. i asked for a O1 ocean view with the larger windows. i was told i would get that type of room or better. i was then downgraded to a porthole room.traveled on many cruise lines and have never been downgraded. ive also never had a cruiseline upgrade me either.the cruiselines show no loyalaty to past cruise passengers.
