Review summary

The ship is better than the NCL Gem & overall our experience was nice but I was surprised w/ NCL daily service charge of $18.99 per day cause we just did Alaska 2 months ago w/ Princess is only $13.50/day and even ROyal Caribbean is same w/ Princess.

hats off to NCL and sky...first on a ncl cruise 40 years ago ship not even in service(thankfully) started out technical issues so said we were delayed 2 hours no problem then captain keep say still not leaving so finally we departed 12:15 Tuesday morning not to arrive in Havana till 4pm wow day shot. had to cancel shore excursion to vinales most passengers totally frustrated> then captain sends message out that the ship would not go to the outer island but would indeed dock in Havana extra day and give every cabin a 100.00 credit to use onboard. awesome customer service decision and much appreciated ..loved the extra time in Havana. staff very pleasant and accommodations lot of new servers but everyone has to being somewhere.

The 2 NCL ships I've been on the service charge was 13.95. Maybe with the alcohol being included they increased it??
