Overall we were very glad we did it. It was a great way to initially experience Cuba! And we did really like the all-inclusive freestyle dining method!

Loved the all-inclusive for the drinks and casual dining. The buffets were mediocre at best. The main dining rooms were decent and the service was good. Specialty restaurants weren't that much different from main dining rooms, but the sushi was fairly priced.

The pool and hot tubs were small and extremely salty, not very enticing. Although I don't know how you keep them clean with that many people.

Our steward was great! Dining service staff was good, except for one slow experience in the main dining room for lunch.

The ship was clean and the layout was fine, but it's ready to be updated. The state rooms and main dining areas are very outdated.
I loved the ease of getting on/off the ship. We loved Havana and can't wait to go back. However, the excursion we did was not good. The evening stroll through Havana. Our guide "Tony" was unprepared and didn't share enough information about the city at all! He didn't offer to take any pictures of anyone, he didn't tell us how the tour route would work, he didn't give us any time to enjoy any live music we saw. And he went off on rants about the country twice! It was awkward and annoying. I'm sure he's a nice guy, but not the right guy for that job!
