Review summary

Overall this cruise was a wonderful birthday getaway that I would definitly love to embark on again. The ports were great and relaxed environment on the ship was great.

The open bar was great with good drink selections. The dining room and buffet were alright but certainly not special. It was great not to have rigid dining times in any of the dining rooms.

Onboard Activities

The pools and hot tubs were very crowded and on the final day of the cruise the adult pool was closed for the entire day as they repainted this pool and lacquered the bar by the pool. In additionl to closing the pool the 2 hot tubs next to the adult pool were also closed due to their proximity to the pool. This was definitely a let down on the final night of the cruise.

The cabin was great. It was very clean on arrival and was cleaned beyond my expectations throughout the cruise. The balcony was great and it was amazing to wake up the to view of the ocean through the window and the balcony door. The only negative is that the furniture on teh balcony was rather uncomfortable.
