The ship was dirty, room stewards hung up our wet, used towels. Restaurant staff was rude.

This was my first cruise so didn't know what to expect. Passengers were friendly, food was ok, but nothing to brag about. Shows were enjoyable. Very disappointed when I was told by cruise staff that I had to pay for all my expenses which I incured on the ship in cash! I was told I could not pay by credit card. Still don't know why we were told this but very annoyed as I had not received any documentation stating that the ship would only accept cash. My boyfriend and I barely had enough money to pay for our expenses. The last night my boyfriend and I had no money to drink, gamble and enjoy ourselves. Very unfortunate when you go on a five day four night cruise and the last night you have no money left to enjoy yourself.

My husband I agree that this was the best cruise we have ever taken. We thoroughly enjoyed ever minute of this trip. The food was wonderful and extremely abundant. You could pretty much eat all day long if you so desired. The ship itself was very clean and modern. I loved the fact that there was a refrigerator and TV in our stateroom. The staff on the ship was very friendly and courteous at all times. We also totally enjoyed the 'freestyle cuising' concept as I never felt pressured to be on time for a meal as I have on other cruise ships. Plus we totally loved the fact that we could wear pretty much what we wanted to dinner. If we wanted to wear shorts, we did so, as they were allowed in the main dining room We have never felt free to do that on other cruise ships. We also thoroughly enjoyed the onboard entertainmnent. My husband and I agreed that there were some very talented entertainers on this ship. We also loved the fact that no matter where we went on this ship, there seemed to be some type of continuous live music. We went on the 'beach day' shore excursions on each day of our trip as we love the beach. These were some of the loveliest beaches we have ever seen. We agreed that even though each of the beaches were different, they all had their own unique charm and added to our overall enjoyment of this cruise. We have never had a better vacation and would recommend this cruise to anyone. In fact, I'm still raving about it to my friends and family. We are looking forward to taking a cruise with Norwegian Cruise Lines sometime again in the near future.

Me and my girlfriend recently went on Sky and it was a time to remember. We enjoyed our stay from the very first day and still talk about going back. The only bad part about my cruise was that it ended so quickly. From the moment you board the ship the staff is very friendly and a vacation atmosphere is put on us. The boat is super clean and the staff is ready to make any accommodation that you may request. The food was amazing, and there is always something to eat on board, whether you like chicken fingers/pizza to Asian cuisine or sea food, they have everything ready for you. You never have a second to be bored on Sky. I spent most of my time relaxing in the jacuzzi and loved it. The casino on board is tons of fun as it gives you a chance to win your money back! Dazzles night club is always a good time and plays great music. I loved the Bahamas and the private island we were taken to. The only draw backs were that they do not have more variety of drinks, it's either water or soda. There are few specialty teas or juice drinks. And room service does take a while to deliver food but aside from that it was a time to remember and plan on going back very soon. If your thinking about having a good time, I recommend this ship for sure!

It was a beautiful ship. This was my first cruise and I wasn't overly impressed.

It was my first time on a cruise and I woud have say that overall the Norwegian Sky was a great ship. The service was great and the crew was always helpful and friendly. I like the fact tat we were able to eat anytime we wanted--I really enjoyed the freestyle cruising idea. The activities were great and overall I had a great time!!

This cruise was a blast. This was my first cruise and hopefully not my last one. Everything was wonderful from the food all the way the staff went out of their way to make sure you had a great cruise. The free style crusing was good because it didn't matter when and what you wore to eat. The entertainment and also the destinations were excellnt.

Overall had a great time. Cruise director was fun and a little over the top. Food was great. They advertised second city to be on the boat but that wasn't true. the wife and i were very disappointed by that. comedian adam kennedy was funny but musicals 2 out of 3 days i was on the boat was a little ridiculous. did the murder mystery dinner one night for a small price and had a blast doing so. staff was very friendly and seemed they knew me by my first name every where i went.

This was my 4th cruise. the first on norwegian. when we arrived at our room we did not see our room steward , we had questions about a self serve laundry room. we never did find him until we where leaving the ship. When you think cruise you think food. This was the first cruise we had to go looking for a place to eat . after 9:30 the only place open is a sports bar that has chicken wings and hamburgers. The buffets where the same everyday. one night we ate at the italian rest. and we where there for hours because they lost our food. we traveled with two teenagers who left the restaurant hungry and nothing else was open. I never ate so many hamburgers in my life..........we did have a nice dinner at the dinning room our last evening, there are not a lot of choices and the portions are very small. I dont recommend this ship for anyone who enjoys quality or quantity food. you wont find any. and lacking in activities.

Small ship but nice. Food was just ok. We had a great time. Would go on this cruise again. Crew were great especially in the casino. Room was very nice too

Having cruised with Carnival, Royal Caribbean, and Disney, this was by far the worst of the four lines. If you have cruised with other carrieres, you may find this as disappointing as I did. The embarkation is without ANY fanfair, the service provided in the free-style dinners is awful. They know they are getting the maximum tip from you no matter how poorly they serve you. One dinner took over 2.5 hours to complete from start to finish due to servers that showed little care. Our room steward did nothing to make the room memorable other than leave it dirty. I had to ask constantly to get new towels and my used drink cups were never removed for the duration of the trip. I took my restaurant's leadership team on this cruise for a retreat and training seminar, and all they learned was how we never want to be treated.

The ship was much smaller but easy to get around. Not as many children running around. The Cabins need a thorough cleaning as there was lots of dust on the edges of the carpet. The stewards did very little cleaning. Left empty trays even after making up the room. The food in the Italian restaurant was great but you had to pay extra. They made you pay extra for shrimp. They nickled and dimed you more than on other cruises. We had agreat time regardless as the cruise director was fabulous. Never laughed so much as duing the Pub Crawl and the Adult scavenger hunt. We loved Freeport. The beaches were so beatuiful. We went Para Sailing tandem on the beach. What an experince.You could see all the coral in the water and felt like we were flying in the clouds. We got some great photos as we gave a girl our camera.

i think the drills and maintenance could have been done while the ship was docked. When its 86degrees outside i prefer to have whot water to take a shower. Also, the food available wasn't what i was used to. There was no food carved in the shape of different animals or other things like I'd seen on other cruise ships and i got tired of burgers and hot dogs in Longboard every night. However the staff was very nice and the service was 4/5

This was a quick getaway for me and my husband. It exceeded our expectations. We had a great time. The food was great, there was never a moment that you couldn't get great food on the ship, whether it was at a buffet, in one of the restaurants or room service. We enjoyed all the port locations. Our rooms were clean and comfy. It was the easiest ship we've ever disembarked. We chose to carry our own luggage off the ship, and had the freestyle option to leave any time we wanted between 7:30 and 9:00am. We were at the airport at 9:00 wishing we had known how easy it was going to be so that we had booked an earlier flight out of Miami.

Very clean. Crew was very helpful and polite. Service was excellant.

This was my first cruise and it met the expectations I had for a curise. I was blown away at the size of the ship. One thing in particular that made me feel comfortable was the life boat. They have lots of sturdy life boat that has food and bottle water. The buffet bar was my favorite place of dinning on the ship. The food was awsome. The shows were very entertaining as well. We never got board on the ship. GREAT GREAT GREAT!!! The islands were beautiful. The water is crytal clear. You can see straing down to your feet. We didn't do excurstions but found lots of other activities that cost less. It's cheaper to do activities and tours through the locals working there and we still had the time of our lives. There were many shops and resturants to enjoy as well.

The ship was a nice for its age.I cruise seven times already so I was expecting lower expectations about the ship being worn down, but it was actually quite nice. They couldv'e added more things to do doing the day. I like that the crew was constantly wiping down the surfaces to keep the viruses in check. I also like that they include all tips with your drinks & meals which made it effortless for the consumer.

Ave in cleanliness overall but our cabin was filthy on arrival.. Sewer smell in bathroom repeatedly. . Told repeated lies about little issues. Told there were free umbrellas on GSC, and there weren't. Of course we had to 'rent' them., Told at embarkation that 'tip' was one amount and on last day charged double that amount, Told we could reserve a specific table at mealtime and couldn't. Seemed very disorganized. FYI. told by a lifeguard on GSC that many times ship is diverted between Oct and April due to storms and get a day at sea.

My wife and I really enjoyed the ship. There was always something to do, and the shows at night were great. The staff, especially the cruise director, made the cruise a lot of fun. The food was also very good.
