Even though there were not a whole lot of activities that the kids could participate in, we always found some way to entertain ourselves. The food was absolutely wonderful, the service was excellent, the stateroom was nicely kept and well designed, and there were lots of things to see places to enjoy.

I loved every moment of the vacation! Can’t wait until next year! Everything was on point. I will be on the Norwegian Viva next year!

We enjoyed our 5days away , food was good, staff were wonderful. Entertainment was so-so. Elevators on ship very slow so if possible have a cabin with easy walking stairs to decks you will use most . We did a lot on 7 and 8 so 9th cabin was perfect

Not sure I'm liking the new class of ships rolling out. But I have been waiting for a pool on the Haven deck, so I'm kinda stuck. Put pools on the older ships and we have a deal!

Beautiful ship needs more public space to accommodate large crowds. Adults only pools, additional food courts with a 24 hour food court

The ship is difficult to find your way around. The pool deck is too small. Everything closes to early. It was also hard to book specialty restaurants.

Low rating because NCL corp neither care nor appreciated customers,grossly overpriced,very spotted,understaffed and incompetent service,nickeling and pennying on everything, lacking transparency and honesty, corp greed is evident everywhere, they would like loyalty from customers but wouldn’t return it back. There are many better cruises which are much better choices.

Would not recommend or cruise on NCL again , I was surprised at how customer service was not informed of what was going on , misquoted on package price of water . Basically whenever you asked them a question you got a rude response. The local restaurant personal are the best on the ship. Starbucks package not worth it, personnal also rude, slow and most of the time lines too long to wait on .

Fantastic ship for it's size and price. Everything was new, the only negative was the lack of alcohol options (supply chain issues??), some bars ran out of items, or not all bars carried every option. For a 7 day trip the food options are great, for longer trips, you need to hit a few specialty restaurants to add variety. And sailing in Nov was mostly seniors (myself included 68y) and few children.

We did not get to visit 2 ports, Cozumel and the Bahamas, due to Tropical Storms Lisa and Nicole. We'd recommend not cruising during hurricane system (June thru November in the Caribbean. Weather during this time is also very hot and humid, witnessed when visiting the 3 islands!

This trip was a mixed bag. The ship was beautiful, and the staff was great, and the room was perfect. The food was excellent, and the stops were very nice. The amount of extra fees to do things and the lack of availability for shows and activities was very disappointing. The size of the venues was a challenge to get in and enjoy them. I would recommend it, but maybe only for a 5 or 7 day max.

Maine pool is too small. Not really enough activities for us. Syd's pour house and Improv venues were too small. We missed the large atrium. Repetitive entertainment. Great food and the BEST crew!

This 12 day cruise was the correct length. We love sea days and the time between island stops was great. There are too many cruises that NCL does that does not allow sea days between stops, mainly due to how close the stops are. For us, finding the correct balance is more enjoyable and a little less costly.

I would go out on the Prima again. Excellent amenities and overall a great cruising vessel.

We decided to try this brand new ship design that NCL is so excited about, but we found the novel design to be less satisfactory overall than a more traditional layout. On the other hand, the Haven provides a premium experience on the ship that made the cruise enjoyable. I loved the food at the Haven restaurant and ate there most of the time. The food was also good in the specialty restaurants, but I would not have spent the money there but for the fact that our package included four nights in those restaurants. Otherwise, the cost for the ala carte menu is far too high to consider, since we could eat in the Haven restaurant. The golf system was not working properly, and the Drop was also out of commission for most of the cruise. We would recommend only booking this ship if you can get in the Haven.

I'm glad we went on this cruise. Transatlantics are our favorite cruises, as we love lots of sea days. The cabin was great for our needs. The staff could not have been better. I doubt that we'll book the Prima again, however, unless she's the only ship doing an itinerary that we love.

This ship might be ideal to warm weather areas but not iceland

Need much work on getting the boat to port on time. They look like they have never done this before. Find another boat for now. They have lots of work to do.

beautiful ship, venues for comedy and music are way too small, cabin was spacious and comfortable, buffet is kind of small compared to other ships, ship is kind of choppy inside and difficult to know where you are, we like the fish on the floor on the other ships to tell us which way to the front or back,
