Need much work on getting the boat to port on time. They look like they have never done this before. Find another boat for now. They have lots of work to do.

The front line staff does great. The management of the rest was very poor. Everything was late and unorganized. We would have thought this was the first trip ever for Norwegian.

Some good some bad. The shows fill up before you can get anything. All of the entertainment venues seem very small for the size of the boat.
How would you know? Drove by in a hurricane. Cannot understand why we went through the above 60 knot winds. Really do not feel comfortable riding again with Norwegian after this experience.
45 minutes to embark isn’t actually that bad, have you seen some of the wait times on reviews for some of their other ships recently and for ships on other cruise lines! Shame that you didn’t enjoy the cruise though. I’m still looking forward to trying out Prima next May
