Low rating because NCL corp neither care nor appreciated customers,grossly overpriced,very spotted,understaffed and incompetent service,nickeling and pennying on everything, lacking transparency and honesty, corp greed is evident everywhere, they would like loyalty from customers but wouldn’t return it back. There are many better cruises which are much better choices.

Good size room, bathroom is not a review of the ship or the cruise. You knew what the price was before you booked it. To say the cruise was bad because you don't like the company reflects poorly on you and not the company since the only thing you mention is the room and bathroom which by even your impossible standards were good. If the price was too high, you don't book. You wanted to be on the new ship. You liked the ship and cruise but then didn't like what you paid. Maybe where you live has a ferry service where you can get a great deal.

I tend to not even believe these sort of ratings, because they always complain about the cruise and the ship but never ever give examples of the problems they experienced.

I’m not sure what the policy is on here but it seems a little unfair to rank everything 1 Star based on unrelated experiences. Why should the ports suffer because of your gripes with NCL? Regardless, sorry to hear you had a bad time. I’ve been reading loads of reviews on the both ends of the spectrum, not sure what to expect when we cruise Prima next month.

Not a fan of this ship. It is beautiful but the. Inside venues were small and with almost 4000 people it was cramped. Never did get into Syd Normans because of the crowds. There was limited entertainment in the bars and none of them had a dance floor.

Frustrating trip

Not as expected
