Overall, I will never sail on the prima class ships. Service and the food was great. Like I said, previously the indulge food hall needs a holster, hostess regulating the table, and they need to sit at a table so that guests aren’t fighting over a table. The ship is disorganized. It’s very confusing to get from one point to another. It needs more elevators and the main pool area is too small.

I’m mostly loyal to NCL. We do not like the new design and when cruising in NCL we will stay away from this new class of ships. The Prima is beautiful, but impractical in my opinion.

The food and crew were good this was our 25th anniversary we got the large balcony and got the up graded Wi-Fi package ( running a business had to stay in touch ) got the priority pass , drink package, picture package and the vibe beach club private area access pass. 1) We had black particles falling on us at the vibe beach club as we ate and laid in the chairs, we had the particles all over our balcony. 2 The Wi-Fi premium package was horrible it was so weak that we could not stream, text, message, email or login in to social media. 3) The priority pass did not offer any priority we had the waiting inline with everyone at all ports and final disembarking. 4) it took 2 days to get the lanyards and on the last day we got the pictures and picture frame but the frame was landscape and the picture was portrait not paired up. I tried to reach NCL but all I was told is the customer service was by email only so I emailed them with all my concerns and the short falls and sent them pictures and videos. Several days later I got an email with explanation and a sorry we did our best and you picked the wrong picture and that was all we got as a response

Was my first cruise and now I’m hooked loved everything

We have been on several cruises 98 to be exact and must say the food options on the Pima is by far at the top of the heap. The flavors and choices were amazing, would say to book early unless your a late nite eater. We prefer the 5:30 to 6:30 time zone and was tuff to get those times. Take it all in if you can and do your research of the ship and it will be an amazing vacation, and remember your cruise is only as good as you make it. Nothing in life is perfect and if you can keep an open mind and realize the crew is trying to please you you’ll have the trip of a life time. 🚢🚢🚢🚢

Overall the Prima is a nice ship, but it definitely isn’t for everyone. I’d much prefer returning to a Breakaway Plus class ship as they have a better layout, larger venues, and better overall flow.

Certain areas good. Beautiful, beautiful ship. Staff was great.

I will book another Prima cruise, and cannot wait to see what Viva has in store!

Beautiful cruise. Highly recommend for an upgraded experience. Easy to move around the ship with many areas to relax and enjoy the ocean.

I loved the serene little nooks where you could getaway from all the huge crowds. There’s plenty to do on the ship with The Wave, The Rush, The Drop, the go-carts, pools, the pavilion, and the lounges. If you want a club party, there’s two that are filled with dance themes and great vibes-the 80’s dance party and the Studio 54 disco party. Both were so much fun!!take the time to savor the Egg swings with some dessert from the Surfside Cafe. Feel the sun and wind and lull into the calmness of the ocean. You won’t regret it. Indulge yourself with the Haven.

The Prima is a beautiful ship and I am looking forward to sailing on her sister ships. The food was very flavorful and the ship was really big. There were so many dining options and bars that I could not sample them all since this was only 3 nights. I can tell that there will be plenty of activities to do for kids and adults. The binoculars/telescope out on the concourse was a nice touch and I really enjoyed sitting out there. I was able to take some great pictures out there.

Trip started out rough but not NCL issue at all, just lessons learned. After the rocky start we really did enjoy the trip for our first cruise. Our favorite place to kickback was our balcony. Smoking section is atrocitious and felt very disrespected (there is no seating, no shade, no conisderation) this will limit my cruising on NCL again. The casino was nice spent more time than I cared too just to smoke comfortably. Indulge was a great idea and we loved it. Overall it was very enjoyable.

We only went to Bermuda , which I was not sad about! Bermuda was gorgeous! This was my first cruise so I do t have anything to compare too , but it was a wonderful trip. I brought magnetic hooks which were a life saver for damp suits and towels

It was a great relaxing weekend because it did not feel like 5 days. with not enough to do I really hope they work on improving activities And making this more of a traditional family cruise I hope by speaking about it somebody actually reads this and improves this beautiful ship. Red a leader cruise director please step up 🆙

Undoubtedly the best cruise experience we ever have!! Their staff service is fantastic; it exceeded our expectations. A lot of food varieties, although a little more variety in Indian cuisine, would be an excellent addition. Great entertainment options for all ages. Also, it had comfy places to get away from the crowd. We thoroughly enjoyed our journey every day. Overall, I give five stars for the food, ambiance, entertainment, and staff service. I would recommend to family and friends.

Would have enjoyed this ship more in a warmer climate. This was our first TA and the ship is BEAUTIFUL as if it were a work of art. We will go on Prima again possibly in Caribbean.

Beautiful ship but overall felt let down by NCL.

It was a great cruise beautiful ship but has a few issue. The dining onboard was amazing highly recommend Palomar and Le Bistro and lunch at the indulge food hall. Hudson MDR is the best looking mdr I have ever seen on a ship before. Deck 8 is out of this world with the infinity pools love those.
