Over crowded, staff over worked, poor entertainment

Embarking the ship quite smooth, once on though everyone does a mad dash to the theatre to book the shows, not a nice start quite stressful really.

Long queues in access of 25 min at the one tiny pool bar area, Staff working very hard but the service was appalling. Hardly any waiters around the pool. Venues tiny around the ship, over crowded atrium.

Not enough entertainment for a brand new ship, due to NCL cut backs. Syd Normans very good but had to queue for almost an hour to get inside. Comedian repeated same show. Noise boys horrific.

Worst experience ever on a cruise. Complained 3 times to guest services no one ever got back to me.
