Review summary

Skip the Haven. Not worth the extreme price tag! NCL needs to improve the Haven resturant menus (B/L/D) which remained constant the entire cruise. Unacceptable for the price being paid. Deck hand on the 17th floor in the Haven (Mark) was a gem!

Entertainment

2 out of 5
Need more variety and quality. Only 2 production shows and 2 comedians does not cut it for entertainment on a 7d cruise.

Service and Staff

2 out of 5
Wait staff need training. While some did provide excellent service, the majority need improvement including the Haven where expectations were not met.

Ship Quality

Cabin / Stateroom

4 out of 5
Despite being a new ship, the bed is already worn where people sit next to the nightstand. We both woke up with a kink in our hip due to the sag in the mattress.

Ship tip

Forget the main dining rooms. Service was lpoor and the food was served cold. Imagine cold fish and chips! Service for breakfast in the Local Pub and Grill was the best. Fast and Hot! Texas BBQ was good for diner and their salmon for lunch was excellent. Skip the Steak House - Cagneys. Steak is clearly 'Choice'. When a ribeye is tough there is a problem.
