Would not recommend this cruise line to friends or family, have cruised princess line before so much better than Norwegian or this ship at least. Shouls NOT offer excursions early in the season unless they will be available. Had no idea the cruise line would receive the lion share of the revenue or would have booked independtly.

THE SHIP WAS FANTASTIC. GREAT CREW, FOOD, ACCOMODATIONS, AND ENTERTAINMENT. THIS WAS A MUCH OLDER CROWD.

This was a very well priced cruise, compared to others at the time. The ship is very nice, although not as luxurious as some of the others I have been on before. Overall I had a good time on this ship.

The crew was spectacular, the food was great, and the entertainment was awesome.

NCL made you feel like you were their number 1 concern and they did everything for you! Freestyle dining was great - no specific time to be at dinner. The many dining options for dinner were terrific.

I was impressed with the overall ship. I have been on nicer and newer RC ships but this one wasn't bad. I missed having a large middle area with shops but this ship was pretty easy to get around.

Amazing service all staff aside from a few outliers very accommodating.

My overall experience was good however some key areas were excellent. Starting with the service, it was friendly and on point. Really the only bad mark I would give would be the dining. Freestyle is very good but the service level wasn't up to par here nor was the quality of food. To really receive the total experience you have to go pay extra for one of the other ships dining areas for which I did. Free style was nice to not have a set time but I think that it allows the level of response and service to go down. I will say the staff in all areas were very friendly and they all did a fantastic job. If there was a change I would make it would be to do away with the other restaurants as your fine dining and or put some of the items on the main dining room menus.

The ship was new, the decor fabulous, the rooms very comfortable.

We recently sailed on the Norwegian Pearl on a western caribbean cruise. It was amazing! We had a balcony stateroom (for the first time) and it was incredible! The ship had so many restaurants and bars...so many things to do. All of the cruise staff we encountered were very friendly and helpful. The food was great! We had a massage at the spa...the best massage I've had in a long time! The ports were all great. We did two excursions and both were fun! I would definitely do it again!

Excellent "freestyle" dining. Good food service in the two main dining rooms, the buffet cafeterias, and the specialty dining areas. Really good entertainment, both from the professionals in the main theatre and some impromptu music from an large Irish group that was on the ship. Responsive crew. Very health conscious. Went out of their way to keep ship clean and passengers' hands germ free. Missed a port of call (Great Stirrup Cay) because of high winds (couldn't tender to shore). Weather overall not as warm and calm as one would hope during the first of February. Western Caribbean ports all the same and all pretty tawdry. But, good & entertaining cruise overall.

The ship was very comfortable and clean. Smooth sailing even when the water was rough.

This was an amazing vacation for the whole family. it looked like everybody on the ship was having a great time. i definitely recommend this for anyone.

This was our first cruise and we LOVED it! This was truly an amazing vacation and I would do it again tomorrow. Not having to cook or clean is the bomb. I love the freestyle cruising concept. I don't know if I could do a traditional cruise after experiencing freestyle. The staff was fun and absolutely incredible. They helped me to enjoy my vacation even more. There are so many different activities that yu should never be bored. One thing to remember is that you get out of it what you put in. The ports were great with the exception of Jamaica. The people there were very pushy and even scary. Grand Cayman was wonderful and I would move there tomorrow. We went on a Catamaran excursion in Cozumel, Mexico and had the best time. Overall, this vacation was just wonderful.

Everything was great. The food, the entertainment and the staffs were all great.
