7 Night Western Caribbean (Miami Roundtrip)
Sail Date: April 08, 2012
Ship: Norwegian Pearl
Cabin Type: Balcony
Traveled As: Couple
Reviewed: 6 years ago
This was a very well priced cruise, compared to others at the time. The ship is very nice, although not as luxurious as some of the others I have been on before. Overall I had a good time on this ship.

Food and Dining

3 out of 5
The menu at buffets did not change much from day to day. If you choose to dine at the main dining rooms, you get pretty much the same menu as you would at the buffet, they simply arrange it nicer. Specialty restaurants (I tried 2) were good. Meals were well prepared and reasonably priced.

Loved the adult comedy shows.

Service and Staff

5 out of 5
Staff were great.

Ship Quality

3 out of 5
The ship was built in 2006 and has not been updated yet. Starting to show wear and tear, but still in great shape.

Cabin / Stateroom

5 out of 5
Balcony stateroom was not much different from their competition. One thing they are seriously lacking is the ability to order services and access the internet through the TV monitor. Most of the competition has this feature.

Pros: Price

Cons: Menu
