the ship was fabulous!

First cruise. Ship is similar to a large, mid-range hotel with the exception that the beds and pillows are low quality.

To me the ship was fine, I was only on it for 2 nights so I did not come up against anything negative. Had a great time and was able to relax, which is exactly what I wanted to do.

Overall the experience was very good just that the cabin could've been vacuumed before having us onboard. I also didn't like how they ask for a credit card linked to your cabin number because I got a bunch of wary charges. Cash payers should be charged housekeeping fees and tip for the whole trip before boarding the ship to avoid such a mess. Instead, cash payers have to leave $100 deposit and then it's a mess to try to get it back. Luckily it worked out well but it's headache that could've been avoided.

Said it all in cons. Staff was friendly but that's about it. First night in Stardust theater, I ordered a glass of wine. The show started when my bill came and the waiter did not light up the bill for me to sign. I ended up writing in a tip, not knowing that a tip was included. Disliked the constant attempts to get people to spend money.

Everything was well organized. Service was good,staff was well trained.

Perfect cruise

Very clean. Staff made me feel at home. Very polite and willing to help in any way possible. Only complaint was that Jorge (cruise consultant) made me feel inferior and he was not very polite.

The ship is nice however, the food is very average and not worthy of calling anything but cafeteria quality. The crew are very average in their passanger care and do not go above and beyond very often. For instance, the guys cleaning your room make loads of noise right outside your door while you try to take a nap in the afternoon. At meals, you had to try hard to get their attention for refills on drinks.

My first real cruise, so I don't have much of a basis for comparison, but I liked the overall experience. Most of the staff was attentive, the ship common areas were clean, and embarkation and disembarkation were very organized.

This was my second cruise. First one was with Princess. I enjoyed freestyle but foods were too salty and not much choices. I wish your ship serves more seafoods. State Room service and Summer Palace were the best. Entertainments were the best.

Great itinerary, staff, ship, food

overall this cruise was a wounderful experience for our family of four. youth program for age 10-12 is very good with all kinds of activities, for teens is not very organized, not enough activities, port of calls are very good esp. glaciers bay, main dinning room wait staff seemd very stressed out and very busy all the time, it would be perfect if there is more food varieties, esp. in main dinning room, not enough fresh air in the cabin, smell bad, the ship is very beautiful, not enough variety for the shows on board.

The ship is really clean with plenty of choices for different types of food,activities,and entertainment. Every crew member that we interacted with were really nice and very helpful.

For a first time cruiser I was pleasantly surprised by the size of our room (spacious), plenty of closet space, verenda (lovely to sit out and take in the scenery). At the ports, for the number of passengers, you could exit the ship with much ease. All staff, including Captain and his staff, the cruise director ((Julie) and her associates, the photo gallery (Romeo) and our cabin steward (Miguel) were available at all times. From start to finish, it was one of our best vacations.

Excellent cruise, employees are wonderful, very helpful. Always had a smile on their face!
