Good times on and off the ship. Loved the variety of Ports of call. Not long enough, of a vacation. Only complaint is long lines getting on and off of cruise and limited access to spa.

I cruised on Norwegian Pearl and we had a great time!!, My husband and friends like Norwegian because of the Freestyle dining times and all the choices you have on the ship.I would highly recommend Norwegian to all my friends and family.This was my 4th cruise with this company and it gets better each time.For my husband and I this wa our 20th cruise total. We are ready to do this again!!!

This ship and crew were amazing. All them amenities you could want on a ship. The food was great and the on-board activities were very well done. The crew was absolutely amazing. They were so willing to please all the time. I would highly recommend this ship! NCL is a top class organization.

We just returned from a vacation on the Norwegian Pearl. We are a family of 4 (including 2 teenage daughters). For our itinerary the ship stopped at the Norwegian private island in the Bahamas, Ocho Rios, and Cozumel. This is our third family cruise in the last 5 years and we have sailed on three different cruise lines. This last cruise on the Norwegian Pearl was the best one yet! The staff was amazing and made us feel special the entire 7 days! Our room on Deck 11 was close to the pool & restuarants and was very clean and comfortable. The food was great! We especially enjoyed the sea days where they grilled burgers, fish, veggie kabobs, etc... on big charcoal grills right by the pool. The White Hot party on Thursday night was fun for all! Shows were quality entertainment and the reggae band by the pool was very enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this cruise!

Though we did enjoy the cruise, my husband and I both prefer the assigned seating and perhaps a little more personal service. We sailed on Norwegian Sea before they started Free Style before and thoroughly enjoyed it. We took our family with us this time and hoped there would be the little extras that make a cruise more luxurious and it just wasn't that way. We all did enjoy the cruise just not as much as we had hoped to. The entertainment was wonderful and most of the crew were very friendly. We missed having same waiter each evening and getting to know them better.

This is our 4th time on the NCL Pearl, and obviously, we love the ship and its crew. We took our kids and grandkids this time and everyone had a great time. Both our kids and grandkids did not want to leave the ship and asked if we'd purchase another week to add on. We're already looking at the itinerary for 2014 to Honduras, Belize, Mexico and Key West, and we live in Key West!

Great ship, not so grand inside, but the great service makes up for it. The Blue Lagoon restaurant had the best food. Entertainment was good, the best were the all male group singing Frankie Valli songs, they were fantastic! Loads of food, the servers at the buffets were wonderful and extremely helpful, especially since my husband was in a scooter! Ports were great, however, I think they should let handicap people off the boat first, as we really get pushed and shoved by the crowd. Cabins were nice, bathrooms VERY small, my husband, who is tall, could barely fit. 12th deck was the best, I really could have lived there! Music was great, pool bar servers were excellent.

Summed up....Could not find one thing left out or overlooked on this cruise. Staff, food, entertainment, off shore outsings...all excellent. Will book with Nowergian again..

This was our first time sailing with Norwegian and it was pretty nice. The ship was small but wasn't over packed. We liked that we had four stops on this trip made it more enjoyable. It was easy getting on and off the ship at the ports. The staff was very friendly and helped with any question we had. We did have one bad meal on the ship, it was one we paid for but the staff tried to fix that as well. All the other food was great. The spa on this ship is amazing. We paid extra for that but it was worth it.

I was very excited for my first cruise - all other parties in our group of 8 had all been on cruises before and loved their previous experiences. When we got to the Norwegian Terminal at port sign in went very well and we were welcome onboard with open arms everyone was happy. First day on boat went well cabins were ready quickly - luggage took a long time to get to the rooms. Day two we arrived at Grand Stir-up Cay and it was beautiful - food service that day was crazy way too many people and very unorganized (need to give wrist bands with times so everyone does not go at once) There were 4 lines we there all ran into one - no one knew which end was up got so mad I got out of line and did not eat that day at all - did the jet skis that day they were good and fun well worth the cost. Day three we were at sea all day - food again was average nothing spectacular - we ate dinner at the steak house it was horrible!!! You could not understand our waiter at all - filets were tough and tasted funny NOT worth the $50 we spent! Drinks were priced differently at every lounge/bar I went to on the ship when i questioned them they would tell me someone else messed up. Day four - Jamaica took the ATV excursion - RIP OFF there was a group of 8 of us - ATV broke down during the ride and the time it took to repair them reduce out time by at least 30 minutes off out scheduled time everyone in our group of 8 was upset. When we got back to the ship to take to someone about it there was never anyone at the excursion desk to talk to. Day five - we were in Grand Cayman - beautiful island - relax and enjoyed Cayman. Day 6 - Cozumel went to PlayaMia FOOD was HORRIBLE would not feed it to my dog - they said International food again we did not eat anything!!! We were on the water slide and as we were getting out of the pool three of us received an electrical shock along with two others that were not in our group - the life guard immediately made everyone get out of the pool and they closed the slide for a short time. Right behind the slide is a metal box that reads DANGER HIGH VOLTAGE - kind of scary - glad none of us were injured - they did not seemed concerned about any of us that were shocked in any way at all - we were also given the wrong time to meet back for the bus ride back, so we arrived an hour early only to be told they gave us incorrect information - Not an excursion that I would recommend to anyone don’t let the free drinks fool you!!! Once again when we came back to the desk no one was at the excursion desk to talk too! I always dreamed about having amazing food on a cruise - not the case at all - buffet was the same almost everyday a few things changed but over all same thing for 7 days in a row. Sit down dinners took anywhere from 2 to 2-1/2 hours plus. Shows on the ship were HORRIBLE - only good show was the Oh What a Night Tribute Band. Our room steward was amazing knew us by name and was always helpful he may have been one of the only good thing about the cruise. On our last day when we got to port there was no one there from our ships staff to thank us and say they hoped to see us again - they had all our money and we did not matter to them anymore. I have friends that take cruises every year on other cruise lines and love them they were on Carnival - I thought Norwegian was a big step above I think I was wrong. After this experience I don’t know if I would ever cruise again. I saved for years to take a cruise and I came home disappointed and upset!

I came home with a rash that was undoubtly caused by the soap that was in our shower. By Monday Jan. 14 I was in my Drs. office with a rash all over my body that required a cortisone shot, a cream, Triamcinolone Acetonide, and a 6 day . prescription of Methylprednisolone. By the 2nd day on our cruise the rash started and looking back it had to be the soap dispenser in the shower. I believe the attendants merely pour new soap over the old and never bother to clean the aluminium dispenser therefore alllowing bacteria to fester in there. Also, the balconly floor was dirty when we arrived and the same when we left. Also, the carpet. I stilll have a scaly rash in the palms of both hands. I did go see the nurse on the ship and she advised me to quit using the soap. I also feel the antibacterial solution they spray on your hands when you enter the buffet on the 7th floor was too strong (alcohol) and contributed to my hand rash. I also reported this to the man who brought our final bill on the morning we disembarked.

We stayed in a 2 bedroom suite just under the gym, the gym was open from 7am untill 11pm. we complained about the loud noise from the gym, but nothing was done to resolve it.

The cruise was just so-so, the mini-suite was not that clean...the balcony was very dirty and we were cruising with the family and had 3 mini-suites and another cabin. Had an 18 month old that liked to look out the balcony...the floor was dirty and so was the window! Everything was an extra, and everytime you tried to use the extra incentivites that were given to you it was impossible. The people working the shore excursion desk were not very helpful gave us conflicting information so our excursion was NOTHING like what we had expected. Too many restaurants with additional charges to use them. Everything just seemed to be an additional charge!

This was our second cruise, on NCL, the first was on the Dawn. This trip was not nearly as enjoyable, as cruising on the Dawn. Staff was not nearly as nice/friendly, nor did they seem trained, as well. The service was not as good. The bad outweighed the good. We were not able to enjoy the restaurants, due to the frustration with the service. We stayed with the buffet, which was good. The Pearl is a beautiful ship, but is in need of some upgrades. Carpets need cleaned, etc. It seems like everything has a charge. We did enjoy the entertainment.

This cruise line made our week of vaaction unforgetable.

I would recommend the ship and all it entails to everyone. In fact I already have!

We enjoyed our ship. We especially enjoyed the bliss of the spa and the rest and relation we received there.

Overall this was an amazing experience, to be able to travel to 4 different ports at this price was great. This was my first time on a cruise so I had many concerns. They made sure to send out a booklet and updates to make the entire process simple. Being able to eat pretty much whenever you wanted and not having to go at a certain time really freed up a lot of time and made my experience that much better. I would suggest staying in a balcony room to really enjoy your cruise to the fullest. There were tons of activites every day so you could always find something to do.

It is a lovely, well kept, clean Cruise ship.
