Bermuda is off my travel list….. 40 dollar charge is main reason, church bay public toilet was stolen and no maintenance. They should be thankful people come and not charge them to come.

Really, really great!!! The staff was great and I cannot say enough about all of them. Of course, the bartenders were our good buddies. We met a ton of really nice people and one family in particular. Just an added bonus to a terrific trip. Bermuda was a gorgeous destination and loved our "at sea" days very much as well. Thanks to Kelsey our travel agent for being so helpful and NCL for a terrific cruise!

I want my money back it was awful. Excursions and entertainment canceled and guest services useless. Kept telling me to call corporate and fill out a form. Poor customer service and I want a refund please.

Beautiful looking ship. There is no main deck so Resturant still scattered all over 3 different decks. Same for clubs etc. very broken up.

People were great, plenty to do. Food and drink always ready to enjoy. I love Norwegian Line, they are the best.

For a first time traveling with seasoned cruisers we enjoyed ourselves a lot. The staff was very friendly and attentive. The only thing we really needed was a common item I PHONE CABLE broke when we unpacked and had no way to charge up until we went to a store in bermuda. If the ships store can stock these items it would reduce the anxiety of passengers in need of these commonly needed items.

Amazing experience. Everything and everyone was excellent. All the people was very nice and respectful.

Great trip with friends but I'm ready for a new adventure.

I'd due Bermuda again.... I thought the islands were wonderful and the people were great. My favorite activity was the Snorkel and Sail on the Rising Sun. I was surprised that Horseshoe Bay sand was not as Pink as they led us to believe.

This trip was a blending of families celebrating birthdays on both sides! NCL took the birtday info and "ran with it" so to speak. We were treated like such special guests! We enjoyed the ship, the island, and each other.

The cruise staff and crew were all 5 stars amazing. Once we got past being mislead about the cabin by cruise's.com. Even after My wife called and spent an hour and a half on the phone to confirm that our room was a 2 room suite. With bed's for 4 adults.

I’ve taken about 12 cruises and this was the best by far!

Everything was great. Pool was to small. Everybody was very polite and helpful. Ronnie from h20 bar was my favorite.

Relaxing cruise with a great staff and delicious food. I would have liked more onboard activities honestly but what was provided was nice. there were too many money-grabs disguised as entertainment...i.e. Bingo ($70 for a bing card is crazy) The casino could have used a diversity of machines. All of the machines were slots so if you don't like that, you had to play table games.

Very good trip overall except for the storm. Food choices better than my last two cruises (RC, MSC) especially at the buffet. Lack of dance classes.

Worst cruise ever to the most beautiful place ever! NCL needs to step up their service or they are going to lose loyal customers. It's not worth selling out to a low-life crowd at the expense of losing your higher-end, loyal crowd. No one wants to hear a neighbor in the club suite cabin class burping and farting on their balcony! Nor do we want to have to monitor the crowd for smoking and such. Loyal, high-end customers know cruise etiquette....and this cruise crowd was seriously lacking it. Too bad, too, because Bermuda was absolutely beautiful and certainly a place I would like to visit again and would have done via another cruise, but it won't be on NCL.

This was our first Haven cruise definitely not our last! Unfortunately we all came down with Covid the day we arrived home.

Overall we had a great time on our cruise. The Haven is amazing and it will be hard to cruise without it. Bermuda is beautiful and may go back in the future.

Enjoyed the cruise with the family despite a terrible embarkation.
