Overall an excellent experience, only the weather did not cooperate--- too cold!

While we had a good time numerous significant administrative issues plagued some of our group. One couple were denied their Free at Sea benefits, they had prepaid taxes, because they had upgraded their room. There were numerous repeated messages to all of us to complete safety survey. We personally received 7 emails even after completing it twice. Ignored the others. Our Footloose show was canceled and we were unable to reschedule. May not cruise NCL again

Overall, a very good cruise. Unfortunately, 3 of the 4 of us got colds and I'm afraid that they made it seem less fun than it should have been. We love Norwegian and will be back.

Highly recommend this cruise. NCL is a great option for us because it is all inclusive. We ended our cruise with NCL refunding some of our on-board credit because we didn't spend it all. Nice change from usually owing them after...lol

Long cruse with ample time to get to know the ship. Great ports.

Great cruise, but we always seemed to be behind on schedule. Entertainment was fantastic. Port tours were always late so we had no spare time. They had to hold the ship due to our late return on one. We were locked out of the port entrance on another. Norwegian doesn’t seem to have their schedule together.

Had a great time. Fun ports to visit and wonderful staff to take care of us.

The NCL Joy was a great ship. Well designed and fun. Main dining room was disappointing, but buffet in Garden Cafe on 16 was outstanding, with a delicious carving station at each meal. Our particular cabin attendant was disappointing - super slow - probably burned out in her job. Ports of call were all great, with the exception of Puerto Quetzal, Guatemala. Taxi Mafia runs the port. Either pay what they want or, literally, you are NOT allowed to leave the port. You are a hostage to their fees or you do not see anything beyond the port.

Wonderful Cruise, had a great time. Only issue we had was the NCL bus pickup from the airport that was BAD, waited hours know one knew what was going on and we were late getting to the dock ship had to wait for the entire bus and ship left late. This was the first time this has happened not sure if it's LA issue or just bad luck. But they we're prepared for the port transfer. This didn't impact the cruise we had a great time

Overall it was a relaxing cruise we believe, because of the vibe beach club. Otherwise our probably wouldn't have been as nice because the majority in the ship were old people and they were rude. Felt they were entitled.

It was a great trip. We had been on the Encore in December 2021 and loved the entire experience. However, we weren't prepared for the fully booked Joy (sister ship), so the crowds and noise were a bit unexpected. Be sure to take out the travel insurance! I'm about to file our claims for $7000+ in IV antibiotic treatment for 3 days. It costs a fortune if you need it!

Overall, the cruise was up to our expectations, and we loved the longer duration of the cruise, 15 nights. With few children or teenagers on board, it would have been nice to open the American Diner to guests, within the meal package. It appeared that it was always empty, with few people dining there, as the prices were high and individual priced.

It was an enjoyable, informative cruise. However, we would probably not choose NCL again, as a quieter ship is more to our liking.

NCL was very nice ship, wish common passengers had more access too pools/deck space, seemed like half was blocked out for Heaven exclusively. The San PedroCalifornia Port definitely needs passenger improvements! My experience buying excursions via “” was bad, recommend you buy yours directly from NCL or someone else, or your time away from ship is not going to be much fun.

So much promise, and with little effort, it could be great in the feature, but it currently misses the mark. Here’s a list of suggestions: 1. Improve embarkation and disembarkation procedures so that it doesn’t take more than 30 minutes to get on and off the ship. Norwegian had the right idea by asking people to choose an appropriate time for getting on and off the ship, but then they didn’t enforce it. They also need more staff to help get people in and out of the ship more efficiently. 2. Fewer people, or more activities. With 4000 passengers, there just wasn’t enough for everyone to get on activities. More free activities as everything just seemed like a way to nickel and dime the passengers for everything. 3. Longer time at ports, to allow passengers more options for getting on and off the ship and to explore the ports beyond the touristy shops right on the port. 4. Better trained staff, setting clearer expectation for how things work and help passengers determine which packages make sense for their lifestyles and which didn’t. 5. More interesting food choices and fresher food made on board. I’m hoping these suggestions are taken to heart as my intention is to provide constructive feedback for the betterment of passenger’s experience. Hopefully future cruises would be more enjoyable, or fewer and fewer people will choose to cruise with Norwegian.

We have been on a number of Norwegian cruises and like the cruise line overall but this was our least favorite cruise. Menu selection for the complimentary restaurants and the fitness center were areas for improvement and better organization for the embarkation process is a must.

This was the most disorganized cruise I have ever been on. I have cruised with every line except Disney. I was so disappointed. I don't know what's going on but this ship needs to get it together.

The trip was well needed and quite relaxing. They had a multitude of things to keep you busy. Food, entertainment and staff were great. The biggest issues were embarking onto ship as well as disembarking to Cabo. The overall lack of communication as to what was happening and why everything was running late could have been alleviated some of the frustration with information shared. In addition, I paid to upgrade to the WiFi Premium Plus streaming and it did NOT work at all at any time even after speaking with them about it. Overall, however, the trip was well worth it and NCL strived to make it entertaining and enjoyable.

Amazing cruise! Can’t wait to go back to the west coast!

Ship was fun, great places to enjoy in the ship. Nice stateroom. Would not go to Mexico again, ports were not enjoyable.
