Review summary
The trip was well needed and quite relaxing. They had a multitude of things to keep you busy. Food, entertainment and staff were great. The biggest issues were embarking onto ship as well as disembarking to Cabo. The overall lack of communication as to what was happening and why everything was running late could have been alleviated some of the frustration with information shared. In addition, I paid to upgrade to the WiFi Premium Plus streaming and it did NOT work at all at any time even after speaking with them about it. Overall, however, the trip was well worth it and NCL strived to make it entertaining and enjoyable.Embarkation
