It was ok but been in better cruise lines that are penny pinching for anything you do. And activities should have more options and shows should be better quality. And food needs to be revisit.

This trip was to celebrate our 20th wedding anniversary. It was a beautiful time spent in celebration. We look forward to cruising with Norwegian again.

Nice, stable ship ( although we don’t mind motion). Our feeling is that NCL in general is cutting everywhere - not going unnoticed also by fellow passengers ( case in point: no onboard band). An 11 day non-stop xatlantic is unusual ( and in my humble opinion not a smart move to maximize revenue), but no real daytime entertainment such as enrichment talks is unheard of. Also, if NCL wants to attract Central European passengers: Southampton is a pain to get to. We will avoid.

Relaxed. Good food and drinks. Overall enjoyed. Had an internet package of 150 minutes and spent 100 of them getting on the internet. The internet on cruise ships should be free. Boycott internet on ships.

Poor service overall. Food was good if they could get it hot and correct. Excursions were not as advertised. Onboard activities were poor with long lines and broken equipment.

I felt I was robbed this time with Norwegian Joy. The food and dinner were disappointing... dessert was awful, NOT ONE SINGLE dessert impressed me. The drinks, poorly decorated, not even a strawberry or cherry. Staff seemed to be overwhelmed sometimes. Most of them were friendly, just a few isolated staff members were kind of grumpy (specially the server in Food Republic)

Good holiday cruise with great ports of call. The Norwegian unlimited beverage package has limitations on the drinks you can get and NCL entertainment is a little pricey compared to other cruise lines. Embarkation was long and we had priority. The staff is knowledgeable and provided good service.

Overall very good, but very disappointed with the food, especially the buffets. I would only eat at the specialty restaurants next time I cruise. Plenty of Entertaiment and shows and things to do on the ship. Service was excellent by all ship personnel. I wish there was not charge for the behind the scenes tour of the ship.

We really enjoyed this cruise. It was only about 80% capacity so it never felt crowded. The food was all pretty good. Our only complaint is that we paid a lot of money for the Vibe Beach Access for the duration of our trip. We only had 3 sea days where it was useful and for 2 1/2 of those days, they had it closed. So the $1,400 we spent was wasted. We asked about a partial refund but we’re told that we signed a “no refund” policy

overall the Norwegen Joy was great!! I definitely would cruise on this ship again. I loved the crew and the food was amazing. The live music in the different venues were great. The shows were mostly disappointing but the other entertainment and activities more than made up for it.

we had no.t cruised in a long time but did all inclusives. we loved our cruise and the Norweigan joy. The staff was phenomenal. our cabin was comfortable and well maintained by Rob. the entire ship was spotless. The food and beverage service was great. One suggestion in buffet food temperature could have been warmer. Entertainment was superior. Especially the brew haus-district. Our servers Candor , Bennie and Johanawer fabulous and made our nights pleasurable. Bennie who also was a server near the pool always made sure our drinks were filled. Thanks Norweigan and Michael Robertson from who recommended this line and ship and selected our cabin. Thanks we will sure to be back.

Nice clean ship, Bar service was outstanding. Music everywhere and was Super. Best food yet on any ship I been on. Would sail the Joy again. A lot of options to do onboard, slides go karts ect. nice big pool deck with two pools.

Overall, the cruise experience with NCL was less than expected. It felt like there was a lot of "extra" fees and tips once on board. The excursions were hyped up but was actually a stretch of the truth. Not sure I can do NCL again if this is how they are now doing business. This was our 3rd NCL cruise and I used to recommend them, now I cannot.

We really enjoyed this cruise. We like leaving from warm weather. The ship was crowded however, you did not wait long for service.

The cruise was well organized and clean. Embarkation was not a pleasant time, due to the long wait and lack of food. It would be nice if the buffet stayed open longer and if the child watch was open sooner. Overall, our family of four (with elementary aged kids) had a great time at the ports!

First cruise wanted to experience what the hype was but we will try a different cruise line next time as this one was not worth the money

Cruise was ok. Older ship. Lacking in Broadway entertainment. Food was below average

The cruise was overall great. After all, your trip is what you make of it, despite most circumstances. I thought the staff helped me just enough on the ship. They do not wait on you hand and foot, but they do take excellent care of you. Cleanliness is important, and they did not miss a beat on that. Food quality helps to make an experience, and they did most times, but even if they did not, the service made up for it. The ship was enjoyable, with so many activities to try. The crowd was fantastic and fun; I don't think I met any strangers onboard. This specific itinerary is very dull to an avid cruiser, but I knew that when booking the cruise. Overall, it was a great time, and I would book this ship again with other itineraries.
