It was ok but been in better cruise lines that are penny pinching for anything you do. And activities should have more options and shows should be better quality. And food needs to be revisit.

the buffet food was always the same no change between days and was always cold. The beer that my husband drinks was always out in a few bars. Seems like everyone was drinking the same. we had the alcohol package and water was not included. Had to pay 5.50$ per bottle. And they only had their brand. kind of silly. Even tho we had 2 specialty dinners included because the selection of food in the buffet we had to eat at another specialty restaurant. Was really not impressed with norwegian cruise line. Will not sail with them again.
Onboard Activities

Could not get in the pool they were so crowded all the time. Not enough pools for the amount of people in the boat. We did the cafe con leche painting class and that was very fun. We went to the beer tasting that was fun. We played bingo that was fun . When the announcement came on you couldnt hear it inside the cabin so we didnt know when things happened in the ship. I figure things out 3 days into the cruise and missed lots of things to do.

The colors on the outside are really nice and colorful. But not enough open spaces for all the passengers on board I feel we were all on top of each other on sea days were the worst.The bar decorations were nice. Restaurants were ok too. But the rooms were just to small.
Cabin / Stateroom

The room was just too tight. I think my side of the bed had bed bugs. There was one night I could not sleep something kept biting me .Now I have big bites everywhere. Now i am very itchy and and have bug bites everywhere.
Ship tip
Make sure you bring plenty of money and patience because there is not alot of help or information on the ship. You have to swing it.
Thanks for the review. Did you eat in the main dining room or at The Local at all? It sounds like you only went to the buffet, but those are also free/included options. In my opinion, the food at The Local is the best free/included food on the ship. If you ever decided to give Norwegian another try, I recommend you try the dining room and The Local.
