NCL’s crew & staff have consistently been very good to great. Their friendliness and enthusiasm to please overcome any negative issues encountered on the cruise.

For the ship size & passenger capacity, it almost never feel crowded (except for the buffet at breakfast during port days which is understandable)

Cabin / Stateroom

The area between the bed and TV box is way too narrow (maybe only 12 inches?) And this is the high-traffic area where you pass to go to the sofa, balcony, table, muni-fridge.

It was a a breeze getting off the ship but the baggage collection area was chaotic. Luggage tag colors did not match the signs on the carousel nor area. Had to walk back and forth to the different carousel and area to find our bags.
