Had an altercation with a guest on day one and security was called by another employee as well as my group. Waited 45 mins and security never showed up! Good thing it was not life threatening! Bartenders are over serving to the point of absolute drunkenness.

An improvement from my last NCL cruise. Bringing the lobster tails back And removing the up charge for the shrimp cocktail in the specialty restaurants was a pleasant surprise. Drinks are very inconsistent from one bartender to another.

Fitness center is small for this size ship. Employees from productions are apparently allowed to use the same gym as the guests leaving a tight gym even tighter. Nice pool deck but no thermal suites in this ship. Race track closed for a large portion of the cruise due to maintenance. This maintenance also caused room noise that was not acceptable.

Ship tip
Ask about scheduled maintenance in your journey and see if any noise will be expected in your stateroom. Have had terrible noise due to maintenance on 3 of my last 4 NCL cruises.
Booked a resort excursion and enjoyed time at the beach and pool. We were not advised that tank tops were not permitted in the restaurant that provided lunch for the excursion. This information would have been helpful.
Did the coffee plantation excursion which was nice. Found the talking on the pa during the long drive to be loud and not really suitable for someone that may have wanted to rest during the drive. Headsets would have been ideal if you wanted to listen or not.
