Haven restaurant closure significant negative. Wife in wheelchair, and booked this suite mainly for convenience of restaurant across the hall. Instead, long waits on overcrowded elevators for every meal. Entire Haven area had varnish smell and lots of noise during first two days of maintaining work.

Carney’s, ocean blue, Teppanyaki outstanding. Le bistro very good. La cocoon fair. Haven restaurant closed the entire trip, very disappointing.

Race track, laser tag great. Galaxy pavilion suddenly raised rates to $5 per game, no longer had $29 for 90 minutes. Not worth the price.

Very clean and well maintained. Elevators the worst of our 30 years of cruising. Wife in wheelchair, we waited 2 to 30 minutes for elevators. Sometimes they passed our floor despite both up & down buttons pressed. Other times stopped when full.

Survey wouldn’t take cabin #. It was 18130. Outstanding in every way.
Ship tip
DONT pay extra $$$ for Haven! Notified Restaurant was closed 2 days before cruise. Lied to about having dedicated elevators (only had for disembarkation).
Ship changed to Davidson glacier. Major disappointment, as this was just a view of distant glacier. No calving, no ice filled water, no up close views.
