I think Norwegian has lost sight of the guest. I have been on four cruises in the last six months. Two Norwegian. Two others. The two Norwegians were the worst two. Eye off the ball

The very best word you could use to describe this cruise is mediocre and I have always loved cruises. This is easily the worst cruise I have ever been on and we have been on 20 + cruises.

It's definitely a worthwhile cruise mostly because of the magnificent views and landscape, but also for the food, drinks and amazing service on board. The downside is the ports of calls. Most of those cities in Alaska are tourist traps. Vancouver is absolutely gorgeous, though.

Alaska is breath taking. The crew and food on the Norwegian Jewel sucked.

This was our second time cruising with NCL and we chose it because we had “cruise next” funds from before the pandemic and their ports fit our desired destinations but we will think twice about sailing again on this cruise line especially since they seem to not be very responsive when a passenger has an issue especially the noise over our heads from the kitchen and the length of time we waited in our cabin wrapped in our robes for someone to fix the heating system when it went out.

While I chose this cruise for its itinerary, I would not recommend NCL to a friend. Service charges are up, and I believe services are down. There is no evening cabin turn down service , and I feel that the entertainment and food were not up to par of previous NCL cruises. I was not pleased with any of the excursions. I enjoy guest lecturers on sea days, but there were none. I was especially unhappy with the situation on the dock in Bangkok. Hard working friendly staff was excellent.

Great itinerary, tour could have been better but I think it depended on which guide you got. Food was mediocre.drinks were good.entertainment was kinda lame.

This was a good way to visit an area of the world where we have not spent much time in the past, and avoid the snow and cold at the same time!

This crew/itinerery needs a lot of work. Poor planning and organization top to bottom. Problems with embarkation/debarkation, problems with communication with passengers, cancellation of a major port of call, poor recognition/care of latitude members, problems with inventory of wines, very few truly great crew members. We liked some of the places we visited very much but it was not the pleasant joyful cruise experience we are used to on Norwegian. We are hoping Norwegian makes it up to us on our next cruise to Hawaii as this will be our whole family including grandkids. Hopeful for a return to what we normally expect from Norwegian.

Overall we enjoyed the cruise. Organization for em and disembarkation could have been way better. Excursions meeting time and place could have been better. Had to report at meeting place at 715am but was not called till 830am. All this time waiting. But it was still a good cruise

I have been on NCL cruise and I think this one is the worst I have ever done. We spent a lot of $$$ for the shore excursions and did not have enough time to do or had to cancel because of always delayed disembarkation..ex. we docked at 7:00 am and we did not disembarked till 1:00pm. Our tour guide has been waiting for us sine 8:00am. late disembarkation and early return to the ship was the cause for missing most of our paid excursions

Internet service very poorly handled with never heard excuses and explanations. $50 onboard spending credits for missing two major north Japan ports is completely unacceptable. Purpose of cruise was to see fall color changing in North Japan. It’s like flights canceled but we will give you $50 onboard spending but you have to pay another flight and go there, we don’t care how much you pay. It’s not our business.

It was my first cruise and I loved it! The ship was awesome, the room was great, the food was really good, the staff was amazing, I loved it!

Enjoy cruising...met new friends. Will use Norwegian and again!!

I can't recommend enough choosing NCL's Haven experience! As a first time cruise, the Haven exceeded all expectations. Having the courtyard and sundeck on the Jewel made it feel like we were at a spacious resort with so much space to spread out and relax.

I did a cruise tour the week before and it was fabulous. Recommend if you have the time to do it before you cruise to see more of Alaska

Overall we were content. The drink package is generous and many things to pick from. However, they charge you for water. Water is essential to life, especially if you are drinking adult beverages. Just seems tacky to me to have them charge for water. AND THE WIFI is HORRIBLE. Free minutes go flying by but there is no connectivity. NCL needs to up their game on Wifi. The food was good enough, but nothing spectacular. Could up their game a bit here.

This was the 2nd Norwegian Alaskan cruise I've taken in the last 15 years. Really enjoyed the entire experience.

The cruise was wonderful. I enjoyed the last two days the most.Hubbard Glacier was spectacular!

Trying to arrange a transfer was a challenge. First young woman I spoke with told me all transfers were sold out. She was clearly having trouble understanding English. Thankfully, I spoke with Harry the next day. He arranged for our bus transfer quickly.
