Thanks for sharing yes, we loved Alaska too. We are taking the Jewel next year on a Bahamas cruise. Sounds like you didn’t enjoy it too much. I will be fully enjoying the drink package so nothing else will really damper my mood. Haha

I had a great time on NCL Jewel, and didn't experience what you were referencing. Maybe your expectations are too high from ship and crew who also have to attend over 3500 other passengers.
