Overall we enjoyed the cruise. Organization for em and disembarkation could have been way better. Excursions meeting time and place could have been better. Had to report at meeting place at 715am but was not called till 830am. All this time waiting. But it was still a good cruise

This was the ships first time Embarking in Bangkok so it was a bit disorganized. My embarkation time was between 1 and 130pm. Waited 3.5 hrs in line before cabin key was received and check in was done

Been with Norwegian twice. Did not have the wow factor but overall still satisfied
Information was very confusing regarding disembarkation. It was recommended to take own luggage off as they did not know if there was enough space to place it all on dock or inside the terminal. It says do not place luggage in the hallway the evening before but then people did and it then it was handled. So not very organized
