Review summary

Cruise was amazing. Ports were stunning except Santa Marta. Vendors were very pushy and annoying. Time at the various ports was adequate. We disembarked at Colon, Panama and it is not a safe port. Third world type country. Very dirty. NCL should not include this part in any way.

Terrible. Dirty. Didn't look safe. Wise NCL would not stop here.

Totally disorganized. The bus operators could not speak English and could not tell us which busses to get on to go to airport

Well said. We were on similar itinerary 14 Jan to 26 Jan, experienced Colon disembarkation chaos and say its 3rd world appearance. Wouldn't want to stay overnight there.
