Review summary

Had a great time. Met a lot of nice people. Made new friends. Don't like the little cutbacks. Like a chocolates on the pillow and chocoholics night. I didn't mind the tips have gone up. The kitchen and housekeeping staff are well worth it. My biggest complaint was the visa that I was unaware of. In the end I purchased two next S. Wasn't going to do it based in my last experience. But this cruise was so much better than the one I took.l in May. I like carnivals internet policy. It's $5 a day for social media. It's a great idea when you need to contact family.

I understand this was a makeshift port. New itinerary. People were coming and going, but it managed to work out well

Ship experiences

Excellent nice varieties.

Onboard Activities

Daily trivia. Progressive trivia. Cooking demos. Dance classes

Entertainment

Burn the floor was excellent, as well as cirque bijou. A lot of the comedians were hard to understand. Totally different entertainment when I was on the spirit in May.

Jimmy. Carlene and Carlson did an exceptional job.

Ship tip

Get you visa on line. Do not go thru Norwegian. You need an electronic visa for Australia. I was notified two days before I was leaving. Between the emails and phone calls, I did what they said and went they visa central in ncl site. Could have done is myself for $20 aud dollars. Paid $50 USA each. Use cita or Edt. My travel person left after I booked this in Jan and my new person was unaware.

Disembarkation

Fantastic. We walked off at 8:28 and was at our hotel at 9:30 after we cleared customs. The only drawback is you can only claim 25 cigarettes. And have to be careful about wood objects and feathers

Were you on the Australian cruise? I have my visa. How are the menus onboard? (Lobster, swordfish, odd meats?)
